On Monday’s, typically in the morning or around midday the pool is serviced. You don’t have to be present, the tech will knock first, and access the backyard through the locked side gate. We want your stay to be as enjoyable and comfortable as possible. Please take a moment to review our house rules in the virtual house manual prior to your stay. A physical house manual is also available upon arrival.
🕙 Late check-out requests must be approved and are subject to availability. (Please reach out the morning of check-out prior to 9:00am to confirm availability.) Fees may apply.
👉 Unapproved late check-out past 10:00 AM: May result in a schedule delay fee ($75), applicable late check-out charges, and any additional costs incurred due to impacts on cleaning schedules, incoming guests, or property operations.

🌊Pool Rules: • For safety and cleanliness, no food or drinks are allowed in or around the pool. Showering before swimming is a must to help keep the water clean, and guests must dry off before re-entering the home to prevent slips or water damage. Running, diving, and rough play are not allowed, and children and non-swimmers must be supervised at all times, as there is no safety fence.
The dining area is located on artificial grass near the pool, we ask that you be extra cautious with spills or dropped food to avoid attracting bugs or causing damage, pick up promptly if happens.

The pool was disgusting. I was told my family could use the pool within a few hours but the water never cleared up and it looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in a very long time. The traffic noise is very loud. This house does not have an oven. And I had to message the host several times the morning of check in to get the details because I never received an automated message. Would not recommend this property.
The home itself was very clean and you could tell it was recently renovated. The backyard was well kept and the house was very clean. However, there were a few issues with it being so new - the shower drain in the guest bathroom did not function properly, so everyone had to shower in the master bathroom. The pool was treated the morning of check in, and we were advised not to use the pool until 8:00pm which was not ideal. As we were loading dishes into the dishwasher before checkout - we noticed it was not hooked up properly and came completely loose when the door was opened. The fridge also was not hooked up to the water line so there was no water or ice available. It was listed to accommodate 8 guests but there were not enough towels to accommodate everyone. Also, the gate leading from the backyard to the alleyway did not have a lock on it and could be easily opened to anyone. Some of these issues would have been fine if we were notified before hand but we were not.

The home is brand new, and while the shower drain issue was unusual, it was fixed right after your stay. Our pool is regularly maintained and always sparkling; in this case it had just received an extra treatment after previous guest tampering, but it’s now back to its normal pristine condition.
