We fully renovated this 3-bedroom, 2-bath home into a modern, comfortable retreat in the heart of Phoenix. Comfortably sleeping a group of 8, or anywhere in between!. Perfect place for those looking for the convenience of each bedroom being equipped with its own Smart TV, filtered drinking water available, being close to many popular spots, quick drive to airport, have the option to take a swim, etc!. Plus there’s a large TV in the living room. The home is equipped with awesome features like black granite waterfall countertops, fast Wi-Fi, electric (stand or sit) work desk, a spacious fridge, recliner couches, fully equipped kitchen, FREE COFFEE and much more!

Connected to the kitchen is a covered patio with a fireplace and a view of the landscaped backyard featuring artificial grass. From the patio there is a paved pathway that leads you to the blue deep-end pool with a dining table and seating of to the right of walkway.. Take a dive, sun bath, relax!

Backyard: Pool with deep end, 6 person patio dining table, 4 person seating around the fire pit, Cornhole game, mini basketball hoop with ball for pool, pair of automatic light up pool flamingos, large self standing umbrella.
