This home is a Beautiful spot. Loved the pool and outdoor patio area with a great close view of the canal right in the back yard. The house is spacious and accommodating. Large closets in each bedroom. Beds were comfortable. Large kitchen, love the kitchen counter chair stools. Could have better kitchen utensils (we just bought extra plastic forks, spoons and knives). Bring your own spices for cooking. We stayed here a month and truly enjoyed the home. Great restaurants and shopping everywhere. Fort Myers Beach and Bonita Springs Beach was Great@ Also pet friendly which is a plus.

A nice home, not quite luxurious, but with very spacious common area and MBR and MBath. Large TVs in every room. Spa is NOT heated and lanai needs screen repair but everything else was very good. We couldn’t reach the host for several days. We’d rent again if the spa heat and lanai are repaired.

Hello, Keith The hot tub had already been repaired and works good quiet some time ago. If you had noticed any issues during your stay, you could have contacted our local property manager or me at any time. However, we did not receive any feedback regarding any problem with the hot tub. You also mentioned after checking out that the house was very nice and that you and your friends had enjoyed a wonderful week there. Therefore, we were a little disappointed to receive a rating of only 8/10. Nevertheless, we sincerely wish you all the best, good health, and happiness.. Molly
