Experience comfort and relaxation in Speedwell, TN. Our spacious 6-bedroom lakefront home is designed for unforgettable family memories. The home features 3 king bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms, 2 queen bedrooms, and a bunk room with 2 full-over-queen beds—perfect for kids or additional guests. There's also a half bath on the first floor and a full bath in the basement, offering plenty of space and convenience for larger groups. *Pets are not allowed*

JUST ADDED in Fall of 2025 a concrete path to the lake with a turn around loop! Enjoy easy, step-free access to the lake, complete with a double-slip covered dock, jet ski docking station, and swim platform—ideal for water lovers of all ages. Inside, the home is equipped with air conditioning, WiFi, a washer and dryer, ping pong table, ice machine, stand-up beverage cooler, and fresh linens provided for your stay.

Check-out instructions

The host requires you complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Please put all trash in the blue shed at the driveway. Please strip all beds (except the comforters) and place in front of the washer, along with used towels.
Standard cleaning fee is $375, there is also a trash removal fee of $25 (listed as an administrative fee upon booking).
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Furniture must be kept where it lays. Ex: inside furniture to remain inside, outside furniture to remain outside.
An additional $250 cleaning fee will apply if the property is left in disarray following your stay to ensure timely turnover for our next guest.
There will be a charge of $200 if found smoking within the home, or immediate surroundings. (This does not include the dock.)

We had a wonderful time at this property. The host was very quick to respond to any questions we had and very thorough. I would definitely recommend this property. It is easy to get to and the area around the house is very quiet. It is also very close to many marinas.

Hello! We are a family from Ohio and have been to Norris lake for the last 20 years. We, as most Ohioans, love Norris and it's a part of our core memories.

Why they chose this property

We chose this neighborhood for our home because of the landscape to the water (NO STEPS!). This side of the lake has less tourism and is one of the calmer sides of the lake.

What makes this property unique

If you've stayed anywhere on the lake before and needed to take break walking from the house to the lake, you will appreciate our short walk to the water!
