We loved our stay at this immaculate cottage. It was very quiet and private, but close to many area attractions. We biked to the beach each day and also went biking on a rail trail, which was a short drive away. The cottage was very comfortable, with a well equipped kitchen. We would definitely return to this lovely property.

We really enjoyed our stay. The cottage was cozy and well kept. The location was great as it was close to everything (beaches, restaurants and activities) while still being quiet. An added bonus for this stay is it has a pool and playground which is nice for littles.

The cottage was perfect. Comfortable and fully equipped. Centrally located to all.Bathroom could use a better exhaust fan and new shower curtain liner, but that is minor in the overall scheme.

The host Tammy is extremely easy to communicate with. The property itself was so clean and well modernized and beautifully decorated. It was set up nicely with comfy furniture and bedding and had just enough space to not feel cramped and spend the week. The perfect home base for beach days and outings, and some meals at the house to break up the week. The entire community was very quiet and felt very safe. Goose rocks dairy was right next door for icecream, lots of great restaurants, a market and general store super close by.The kitchen was outfitted with everything you could possibly need and not just flimsy usual rental stuff. We cook a lot at home and appreciated having everything we needed. Laundry onsite was a huge help for me as we went home with clean laundry instead of having to do tons when we got home. We did not visit the pools but having both indoor and outdoor pools was a huge draw for a possible rainy day. The playground within the community was very nice as well as lots of picnic tables and grills, and a bocce and tennis courts. Check in and check out were very simple. It was a perfect spot for our family vacation.

The cottage is well maintained and cozy as described. We enjoyed the outdoor pool and the clubhouse. It is a friendly community and the people we met were welcoming and helpful. Goose Rocks beach is lovely and a five-minute drive away. The only drawback is the lack of inexpensive parking at the beach. Cape Porpoise is close by. We found it convenient for food shopping and seafood. The host was very accommodating and easy to communicate with. We expect to be back.

My daughter and I throughly enjoyed our stay at Carly's Cottage! The space was perfect and so well appointed. We had great communication with Tracy; check-in was clear and we especially enjoyed the Welcome basket upon arrival and recommendations for the activities in the area. Everything you need is available. We were able to make meals, had local lobster which was so good and bike to the beach every day-it was only a mile or so away. The bike's at the cottage were an added bonus. There are beach chairs, a pool on site along with bocce and a playground for children. We were so relaxed and had such a great stay; I highly recommend visiting this wonderful place! We will be back! Marianne

The cottage is lovely; we enjoyed our stay Communication with our host (Tammy) was easy, and she was very helpful. Short drive to store, and the many shops and restaurants in Kennebunkport. The beach is not far by car, but not walking distance.
