"Seaking"はナンタケット島のバケーションのプライバシー、リラックスしたスタイリッシュな雰囲気と利便性の完璧な家です。 この家は、ナンタケットの中央に位置するコミュニティであるNaushopの一流の場所にあります。 ロットは土地銀行の資産にバックアップされています。つまり、家の裏に家がなく、片方に12フィートのヘッジがあり、もう片方に12フィートのフェンスがあります。 緑豊かな緑の草、庭園、花の箱が付いた魅力的な小屋は、専用の裏庭を完成させます。 このエリア内で賃貸すると、テナントはコミュニティプールやテニスコートを利用することができます。徒歩圏内にはテニスコートがあります。 Naushopは、シャトルバスの停留所と自転車道の近くにあります。

Great house in a beautiful neighborhood

We loved our stay in this house. This was our 4th time visiting Nantucket. The home was clean and well appointed for our family of 5. The back yard with patio was particularly nice as well as the beautiful neighborhood, which was full of Nantucket charm, including heated community pool and pickleball (and tennis) court. The location of the house was great for us - just outside of town which made it easy to enjoy Nantucket’s beautiful beaches as well as all the fun the town has to offer. We hope to return again!

Nice way to close out the Summer

We really enjoyed our time at the Seaking. Loved the neighborhood and the tennis courts. Also the central location was a huge plus. The house and backyard were quiet and well maintained.

Great location and spacious house!

I recently stayed at this property and had an excellent experience. The house was very clean and had everything we needed. The location was perfect; grocery store nearby, playground, pool, beaches, tennis/pickleball courts, downtown Nantucket. The owner was very responsive and helped with any questions we had along the way. We would highly recommend this house and we would definitely stay here again! Fun family vacation

We enjoyed a fabulous week in Nantucket. Joan and the caretakers were communicative, kind and accommodating. We loved the setting -- chilling and grilling in the lovely backyard, especially. House was wonderfully and fully appointed, and we enjoyed access to the pool and tennis. Location very central for bike trails and amenities.

Very comfortable home

My husband and 3 kids (6,5, and 3) stayed in this home for a week and it was wonderful. They’ve got everything you need- beach chairs, towels, grill. We appreciated the comfortable living room furniture and the amenities in the community. Really hoping to stay again!!

Great Option

This property was great for me, my kids and my mom. Centrally located, great neighborhood and wonderful access to both a pool and beaches. Comfortable, clean house with all the necessities. Highly recommend.

Great getaway

My wife and I spent a week at the house and it was fantastic. Everything is very well kept, it’s in a great location and Joan is very responsive!

Perfect location for a family vacation

Seaking was the perfect spot for a family vacation. The home was very comfortable and close to everything on the island. Joan was great to work with leading up to our week and made us feel welcomed in her home. I would recommend Seaking for your next vacation.

Perfect Home in perfect community

We had a great stay. Home was clean and enjoyed the amenities in the community. House is well equipt and has a great yard for relaxing and outdoor dining. Hosts were wonderful, easy to communicate with, and helped us get coveted Saturday ferry reservations. Would absolutely stay here again.

We had a lovely stay here in July 2020. Joan is very attentive and accommodating and was a pleasure to interact with. The home is located in a charming neighborhood in Mid-island making everything very easily accessible by car. There are bike trails just off the main road which is great for family adventures. And there’s a lovely backyard for outdoor dining. The house has all the amenities one would want- fully stocked with kitchen items, plenty of towels, 6 beach chairs, etc. Great home for a family vacation!

The perfect home away from home!

The house is very nicely furnished with all the comforts of home. It was plenty of space for our family of 4. We appreciated the new appliances. There are room air conditioners if you need them. We enjoyed the patio and backyard in the mornings and evenings. We played tennis a few times. Of course we went to the beaches, rode our bikes and went into town too. Nantucket is such a beautiful place! We hope to return next year!

Week in ACK

This is our second time staying at this lovey Naushop house - comfortable beds, great living and dining room spaces and proximity to the pool and tennis courts have made this house our choice 2 years running. My only wish is for more kitchen supplies, better knives and plastic wear to help with packing lunch for the beach coolers - other than that, this place has worked great for our family!

My Favorite Place

I love the island on Nantucket!! It’s absolutely beautiful!! Renting this home made our stay even more perfect. It was just the right size for our family of 6. It is in a lovely, quiet, family neighborhood. The amenities offered like the community pool and tennis courts provided hours of fun to our vacation. The home itself provides a clean, lovely and cozy atmosphere. We even used the patio which is something we rarely do at our own home. Thank you!!

Good house, great location, very happy

Family of 5 plus a 1+ year old baby and the house was again perfect for us. Naushop is well located on island and has a community pool that is a really great perk for the family. 3br house with great first level floorplan and cozy back yard patio is great. This year the owners included beach chairs, which was a nice improvement. We are return renters and would definitely go back again. Thanks, Joan!

July 4th on Nantucket

Really enjoyed our stay in Naushop over the 4th. The house was perfect for our family of 5. Great to spread out and get out of the craziness of downtown. Would recommend renting a vehicle, as you are fairly isolated. We rented a Jeep from Affordable rentals (a bit of a misnomer), but it was great! House has 5 beach chairs and beach towels, which we used everyday. Driving on Great Point beach was the kids favorite. Uber rides get pricey to town as there is frequent surge pricing. With a vehicle, this is s perfect location to get anywhere on the island! Thanks Joan!!

Nice house, great location.

House was very functional in its floor plan and location, but lacked a bit in its contents. We had to purchase beach towels and chairs, kitchen gadgets, and basic bar ware that were not included. Pretty skimpy amenities, especially in kitchen. Very poor master bathroom lighting. Also upgraded barstools would be a nice add.

Great house, great neighborhood, not far from everything

We stayed at Joan and Gary's house for a week in July with in-laws and an infant, and it was fantastic. The house is very cozy and everything came as advertised. Large bedrooms, spacious kitchen / eating space, awesome backyard with patio, etc. Beautiful quiet neighborhood with pool access, quick drive to town, and not far from the beaches. We would certainly stay here again (try to!) and would recommend it to friends. Thank you very much! -C&B

Gary and I have a shared a deep love of Nantucket for a very long time, and after finally purchasing our Nantucket home, we were able to live on the island year-round for five years, which was a dream come true.

Professionally, Gary designs and builds custom outdoor living spaces, pools and spas, and I am a non-profit executive. We currently split our time between Nantucket and New Jersey. In our spare time, we pursue our passions of music and memory keeping. Gary is an accomplished musician, songwriter and producer and I am an avid scrapbooker and crafter.

We love Nantucket for its incredible beauty - there is truly no place like it - but what really makes it "home" to us are the amazing relationships we have built there.

If you have never spent time on Nantucket, you are about to find your new happy place. If you know Nantucket, then we're sure it already is your happy place! Gary, our son Edward, and I have a long history with Nantucket. We were married on the island and our son was baptized here. And songwriter that he is, Gary has written many songs about the island. It just seems to get into your soul.

Our home on Nantucket is our happiest of places, as we find it to be the perfect retreat. We think you'll agree.

Nantucket is rich with history, and we have included a nod to its seafaring past in our home with antique furnishings and artwork that captures the mood. We've balanced this with lots of light and airy beachy vibes that add a relaxed elegance to the space.

Outdoor living is a favorite here in our very private backyard. With no homes behind us, we are fortunate to have one of the premier lots in the Naushop community.

As mentioned, we feel that our backyard is an oasis. We are just a half block away from the community pool and tennis courts but also enjoy a very private and quite backyard. The convenience of the bike path and shuttle bus stop at the entrance to the community means that you can opt not to drive to every location. Many people do bring their car over so that they can easily go to the beach or do grocery shopping, but you really can get around without one.
