HOUSE RULES:

We ask that guests treat "You've Got Whale" with the same care they would their own home. No smoking, vaping, or illegal substances are permitted on the property. No pets and no parties or events. Quiet hours are observed after 10 PM to respect our neighbors. Primary renter must be at least 25 years old and present throughout the rental period.

Please note: A signed rental agreement is required to confirm all reservations. A copy of the agreement is available on VRBO. We appreciate your help in keeping our home beautiful for all guests to enjoy.

Very cute and quaint rental. The house was stocked with lots of towels and amenities that you could need for your stay which was super helpful and nice! We used the shed in the backyard to store our luggage as well before and after our check in/out period which was so helpful. The location is very close to the airport and right by a bus stop but still walkable to town. We all loved our stay here and would recommend to all of our friends that want to come visit as well!

Fabulous home with great outdoor space!

Visited Nantucket for a getaway to ride bikes and see the island. It was great to have the bike path just at the end of the neighborhood drive! We rode all the way to Siasconset! The home was comfortable and clean, and has a very well equipped kitchen and great grill in the beautiful backyard. Easy access to all parts of the island!

Peaceful Getaway

It was my family and I’s first time going to Nantucket and this was the perfect home for us! It was beautifully decorated with that signature island touch. Had lots of beach chairs and towels. We had an inconvenience but Todd was very quick to respond and had a person quickly come to resolve the problem. Overall, I would recommend this house to other friends and family!

Cozy Nantucket Home

Perfect home for our family of five. Home is in excellent condition and super clean. Everything in working order in the home unlike some rentals we’ve stayed at in the past. Convenient mid island condition. Appreciate the extras provided by our hosts beach chairs, towels, coolers and coffee options. We also really enjoyed roasting marshmallows around the firebowl in the evening. Patio area very nice. Highly recommend!

This beautiful and immaculate property is exactly what is advertised and so much more. The owners thought of everything to make our stay enjoyable. The property is close to town, there is a playground and running/walking path nearby and the beaches are a short drive. The house has a fully stocked kitchen, plenty of games, coolers, beach toys and chairs. The beds were super comfortable and the space was perfect for our family of 5. The best part about this property was the owners. They were incredibly communicative and responded within minutes to any questions. I cannot recommend this property enough if you want to have a comfortable and relaxing stay on Nantucket.

5 stars isn’t enough! I would say a 10. Everything was even better than the pictures. They had a lot of amenities that I usually bring. They supplied a Yeti cooler which surprised me. There was dish soap, laundry soap, plenty of toilet pater and paper towel. So many place settings and appliances in the kitchen. We had the Best time!!!

Looking for a summer get away, we began regularly traveling to Nantucket where we have enjoyed the hiking, beaches, shopping on Main Street, community theatre, Millies, Brotherhood of Thieves, biking, star gazing at Loins Observatory and can’t miss sunsets on Madaket Beach. Enjoyment quickly turned to love and we decided to make Nantucket a permanent part of our lives with a home purchase.
