The host requires you complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash
Turn off the lights, lock the doors, and return the keys
Please place all towels in shower-tub area and place sheets at the end of the beds or all can be place in the laundry area. Do not remove the mattress covers. Place bedspreads at the end of the bed.
In the Summer months please put A/C at 76 degrees and in the Winter months please turn heat up to 60 degrees Take trash to the convenience center listed.
Please be sure all windows and doors are shut and locked. Remember to lock the doors upon departure. Please be sure all appliances are turned off. Place any keys back you were given access to.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

A few bugs and cobwebs inside. Felt like it hadn’t been lived in or cleaned in a while. The balcony needed a good sweep. It was covered with leaves, debris from the trees in the woods and bugs. Communication was a little difficult at the beginning with the host and receiving check-in info. But, then after that it was great. The condo was lovely with comfortable beds, and all the essentials. It was quiet and peaceful with beautiful forest views.
