Ce chalet du Maine pittoresque, rĂ©cemment redĂ©corĂ© et meublĂ© au cƓur du village de Kennebunkport est Ă  quelques pas de grands magasins, cafĂ©s, boutiques de cadeaux, antiquitĂ©s, restaurants fantastiques, observation des baleines et excursions en voile. PerchĂ© littĂ©ralement sur la riviĂšre Kennebunk sur des piliers en bois! Vous ne pouvez pas vous rapprocher de l'eau. Profitez d'une excellente occasion de sĂ©journer Ă  Dock Square dans une maison au bord de l'eau vraiment unique.

Prenez un café le matin ou des cocktails en soirée et regardez les bateaux naviguer sur la riviÚre Kennebunk. Promenez-vous en soirée dans la ville et profitez d'un dßner au Bandaloop, de cocktails sur la riviÚre au Boathouse (anciennement David's KPT) ou d'un rouleau de homard au célÚbre Clam Shack, puis dirigez-vous vers Ben and Jerry's pour le dessert. Tout est à notre porte!
La Colony Beach est Ă  environ un mile sur la route et le pittoresque village de Cape Porpoise est Ă  seulement 2 miles sur la route 9!

Minnow Cottage is fabulous! It is sparklingly clean and thoughtfully appointed. It has lovely views from all rooms. Host Brian is without doubt the best, most attentive (without being obtrusive), host we have ever had. The cottage is within easy walking distance to the many shops and restaurants in and around Dock Square. My husband and I had a wonderful stay and highly recommend this property. LMN

Adventures at Minnow Cottage.

Minnow Cottage was the perfect spot for our getaway to Kennebunkport. We stayed for five nights and really enjoyed the peaceful setting and easy access to town. The cottage itself was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. We loved exploring the local shops and restaurants, and everyone we met was so welcoming. Great place to relax and take in the charm of the area—we’d absolutely come back!

Amazing cottage with lots of character

We really enjoyed our stay - the home was very clean, nice New England feel right on the water with boats, and the house was stocked with everything we needed for a short getaway. Brian was also a great host with quick responsiveness and helpful with all our questions. Highly recommend this place! We’d love to come back!

Great cottage in a wonderful location!

Such a cute cottage and you can walk everywhere!! We cooked every day and the kitchen had everything we needed. The family of ducks visited everyday and the dining room has a great view!

Minnow Cottage is truly a very special property! The water views are beautifully breathtaking and the home itself is truly magical. We love this cute little home by the water. It's a perfect spot for downtown access and a short drive to the beaches. It's got a great set up and generous kitchen, dining area, etc. We've been several times and in different seasons and it's always lovely. Meticulously kept up and wonderful correspondence with Brian the property manager.

Perfect in town cottage

We absolutely loved our stay at "Minnow Cottage". The cottage's newly renovated interiors with charming, chic and comfortable decor made for the perfect vacation getaway . We enjoyed watching the harbor activity from the dining room, and having sunset cocktails while relaxing on the small lawn. House was perfect location for easy walking to village shops and restaurants- tucked away just enough so it felt private. Host was helpful and communicative.

Amazing!

This lovely, charming cottage is a true gem! The location is more than perfect and within walking distance to shops, restaurants and water activities. We fell in love with Kennebunkport and look forward to our next visit. Can’t say enough about the cleanliness of the cottage and wonderful communication from Brian. I can’t imagine calling anywhere else “home” when visiting beautiful Kennebunkport!!

My husband and I are the former owners of this little cottage. When we sold it, the new owner asked if I would stay on as the property manager. I eagerly said yes. I enjoy introducing visitors from near and far to this amazing spot in my favorite little town.

I am a native New Englander and live outside of the Boston area. I have my own seasonal cottage in Cape Porpoise (Homeaway #3535073) and have a five star rating after ten seasons of rentals. I strive to provide that great Maine coastal experience for visitors to Minnow Cottage.
