Why stay at a hotel when you can have the comfort of home? This bright and cozy 1-bedroom apartment newly renovated is attached to our home but has its own private entrance, ensuring your comfort and privacy throughout your stay.

This apartment is completely separate inside, with no shared living areas. The house is located on the river; however, the renters will not have access to the backyard.

This apartment has a full-size bedroom with a queen bed, full size bathroom, living room and kitchenette in a shared room along with a stackable washer and dryer.

The apartment is connected to the homes central heating and cooling system. While the temperature is regulated for the whole house, we provide additional AC units and heaters so you can fine-tune the climate in your space as needed.

We offer nightly, weekly, and monthly stays.

Quick access to shops, dining, casino, and outdoor activities such as pickle ball at the Nitro Athletic Complex and a soccer at the Shawnee Soccer Complex.

We live in the attached main house and are available if you need us, but we fully respect your privacy.

Important Notes:
o The TV’s do not have cable or satellite service. They are equipped with streaming devices so that you can log in to your own accounts for service.
o Quiet hours after 10 PM
o Responsible for clearing snow from stairs and driveway. A snow shovel and ice melt are provided.
o No events, parties, or large gatherings.
o Smoking is not allowed inside but outside is allowed. Properly dispose of all cigarette butts and waste. Use the designated ashtray.
o No pets allowed.
