This home was newly renovated in 2024. It is very warm, inviting and makes you feel at home. You walk into a large spacious living room with a 52 inch tv. Roku is supplied for all your streaming shows. A independent work space/desk area located of the living room is available. The kitchen is fully stocked with all cooking essentials needed to cook and enjoy a home cooked meal. The bedroom has a Queen bed and two dressers for your things. There is a large walk-in closet 15' long to store clothes as well (clothes hangers are supplied). This is a pet friendly home with a fenced back yard but we do ask our tenants to purchase a $59 insurance policy (instead of a pet fee) for any damages that may happen. We ask our guests to please be honest and let us know what type of animal you are bringing with you, so we are aware and prepared for your arrival. Charleston the Capitol of WV and Yeager Airport is only 15-20 minutes away. All three CAMC hospitals as well Thomas Hospital and St. Francis Hospital can be reached within 15-20 minutes. John Amos Power Plant, Mardi Gras Casino and Resort Shawnee Sport Complex and is 15 minutes. Free off street parking is available in front of the home.
