The Epps were so attentive and accommodating as well as quick to answer all communications. We booked for a few nights to spend sister time at the beach, and I can’t think of one thing that the villa didn’t have or that we needed. A first class VRBO experience. We’ll definitely go back.

This place was perfect for our family getaway! Best location on the island - steps to the beach and a very short walk to the park/playground. The unit was in awesome shape, very clean, and had a great beach vibe.

The unit was nicely decorated with updated baths and a well equipped kitchen. You can’t beat the location- walk off the porch onto the boardwalk and a very short walk to the beach (which was wonderful)! The owners were extremely friendly and responsive.

Great location...ocean front with an easy walk to the beach. The unit is clean and comfortable with everything needed for an easy vacation. Also, the hosts were very timely with communication and available to help if/when needed. We will be back!

Beach walks right out of the back door is probably our favorite part of our Villa location. No stress about forgetting something, or dealing with elevators, or loading down like a pack mule. Makes it so easy to hit the beach without feeling like you have plan for it. Just go. Thank you so much for being our guest.

Great trip to Kiawah

Highly recommend this villa. Very clean and comfortable. Beautiful setting and just a quick walk on the boardwalk over to the beach and miles of beautiful bike paths to enjoy.

Holiday Getaway

A lovely space in a beautiful spot. We enjoyed all the outdoor activities and make cozy meals in the well-equipped kitchen. The hosts communicated throughout and really took extra steps to ensure we had a nice stay. We would love to visit again!

Fantastic Vacation

The unit was well-appointed, clean and bright with everything we needed for our stay. The beach was only a few steps away! The property owners were extremely helpful and responsive to our questions. It was a wonderful vacation.

Wonderful oceanfront villa

We loved the convenience of walking out the back door and heading out to the beach. Early morning coffee on the back porch, with the rolling sounds of the waves was particularly enjoyable. Villa had all conveniences, very comfortably and attractively decorated.

Lovely oceanfront villa

We loved staying at this well provisioned villa that was just steps away from the beach. It was great to sleep with the sounds of the ocean waves wafting through our open windows. Thank you for all the great coffee making equipment too.

Loved our stay

We absolutely loved our stay at this villa. From the cleanliness of the unit to the ease of getting to the beach, this is one of my favorite Verbo rentals to date. Thank you Robert and Marissa for being the best hosts anyone could hope for. Can't wait to return! :0)

Kiawah in September

From my initial contact with the hosts to my arrival and stay at this beautiful property I was amazed. Everything was well organized, clean, easy to use. The location was great. The one minute walk to the beach was easy. I highly recommend this place and will definitely return.

Great place!

All the finishes and decor are fresh and clean. Great location for getting around the island. Even though it’s a condo, they were people above us and you could barely tell. While we couldn’t see the beach from the condo, you could hear the ocean while sitting on the back porch and it was easy to come and go to the beach.

Great location on Kiawah

This property was the perfect location to stay in during the Kiawah Marathon. We loved being on the beach, although we couldn’t see it from the condo since it’s on the first floor. The bedrooms are small, but they worked for us. Having two bathrooms was a big plus. Robert and Marisa were great hosts. They were very thoughtful and quick to reply to our messages. We would definitely consider staying here again if we return to Kiawah.
