With an updated kitchen, bathroom with tub, hardwood flooring, split system for heating and A/C, high-speed internet, two options for outdoor dining, a firepit and lounge area for relaxing in the evenings, and a dedicated washer/dryer, this home is fully equipped for your vacation. Surrounded by fruit trees, hummingbirds and butterflies, with a fully fenced yard and two off-street parking spots, this cottage is a little oasis in the city.

Located in the heart of San Diego! Just 15 minutes to Balboa Park, the beach, downtown, 5 minutes from San Diego State University, Trader Joe's and Vons grocery stores are just down the street, Costco and Target are less than 10 minutes drive, along with plenty of coffee shops, restaurants and more nearby!

Wonderful property! The house was spotless & well-stocked with essentials. The host left a nice assortment of welcome snacks & clear instructions. The street parking was just a few steps away from the gate & the property felt safe. The outdoor area was so inviting & is a huge bonus. I would give this rental ten stars!

House is cute and comfortable. Stephanie is a helpful and responsive host. We didnt use the outside area but it looked great, we just didnt have the time. We will return. Easy access to SDSU area.
