Home was cozy and welcoming as soon as we arrived. Home was very clean and host was quick to response and provided info right away. Location of the home is right by all major freeways.

Unit was clean and close to family. Kitchenette well stocked. Ice also provided (but we did not use). It was a relaxing stay. No complaints. Host promptly answered questions and was very personable.

Super comfortable

Property owner was clear on communication and the check in process was seamless. Property itself was really clean, cozy, and quiet. I had the pleasure of meeting the family on my way out for dinner and they were super friendly as well! Will definitely be returning in a future visit to San Diego!

Lovely Stay

It was perfect for our spring break getaway. The size was just right, the kitchen is perfect for avoiding constantly eating out, and we enjoyed the pool and hot tub several times.

My boyfriend, my son and I stayed here for 3 nights and had such a great time! We enjoyed bbqing, swimming in the pool and the place was clean, set up nicely and perfect for our little family! Can’t wait to stay there again in a couple months!

Great little place

This was a nice property in a quiet neighborhood. I appreciated being able to park on the property, next to the entrance gate. Access to the apartment was easy and secure. It had everything I needed for my stay. The bed was very comfortable, and I loved the big shower.

Absolutely lovely!

I am so glad I found this listing and snagged it for a trip to San Diego with my son! It’s centrally close to just about everything in a great neighborhood. Everything was so clean, comfy and quiet—If I make another trip to SD, I will definitely check the availability of this place again.

Perfect place!

This place was perfect for us (a 60s+ couple). Quiet, comfortable and fitted with every convenience we needed and with nice decor. Jorge was a great host, checking with me prior to our arrival to make sure we had the necessary information and then greeted us on arrival. I will not hesitate to book here again if my plans take me back to the area.

Peacefull cottage

This cottage was in a perfect location for us. We were close to local family and shopping and recreation. The home was clean, and we appreciated the luggage storage, the filtered water, the wifi, the oversized shower, and the quiet neighborhood. The host was responsive and although they were onsite, they were quiet and gave us privacy.

Wonderful hosts

This is our 2nd time staying here, and hopefully not our last. Jorge and his family are very accommodating! Parking is a breeze, the AC works great, all appliances do as well! There’s a nice private patio and plenty of space for all of your belongings! It’s super close to grocery and some good restaurants as well. Having the gas station 4 blocks away is nice too.

Cute place perfect for a couple. Property manager was very responsive and welcoming. Gave us access to the hot tub even though they don’t usually turn it on in the winter. Property very clean. 15-20 minute drive to all the major tourist destinations. Definitely recommend

We hope we get to stay here again in the future! The place was clean & very well maintained. All appliances worked well & the wifi was reliable. Being able to park on the driveway was a huge plus (even though there’s plenty of street parking). There’s not much to walk to in the area, which was not a problem for us since we had our car. But something to think about if you’re traveling without a vehicle.

Short stay for Padres game

The place was clean, a little smaller than it looked. The only problem was the garage was right above the bedroom, up and down quite a lot. Owner used garage instead of the front door, it was not great to have it used so frequently 🙁

Big houses of middle income resident's neighborhood with very centralized location, about 15 min from my job in La Jolla, very quite area.

The house and landscape was custom designed with beautiful garden, pool decks, excellent views of mountains, plenty of parking space, very nice neighbors, etc.
