The space
Spread across three thoughtfully designed levels, this modern townhome offers comfort and style for your Charlotte stay.
Ground Floor
-Private 2-car garage and main entry
First Floor
-Bright, open living room with Roku Smart TV
-Fully equipped kitchen with modern appliances, drip coffee maker, and K-Cups
-Dining area for shared meals
-Half bathroom
Second Floor
-Primary bedroom with king bed, Roku Smart TV, en-suite bathroom, and closet space
-Two additional bedrooms with queen beds
-Full bathroom
Parking
Guests have parking for two cars in the garage (remote not provided). Street parking is available where permitted. One extra community parking space may be requested in advance. Please reach out to us to confirm availability.
The community is continuing to grow, and you may notice some new townhomes under construction nearby. While this adds to the charm of a developing neighborhood, it does not affect your stay or the comfort of the home.

Guest access
Guests have full access to the entire home, including the garage and all living areas.
The only restricted space is a locked owner’s storage closet.
Note: Pets are not allowed on 3rd floor.
Other things to note
Each guest will be provided a rental agreement before the start of your reservation.
Per the NC Vacation Rental Act, signature, payment of money, or taking possession of the property are evidence of your acceptance of the agreement.
Minimum booking age: 25 years old.
If the booking party is under 25, MyTripify reserves the right to collect a *refundable $1000 security deposit along with an ID of the guest who is 25 or above. Alternatively, the reservation may be canceled and refunded based on the cancellation policy.
Access to the Home
Early check-in (1:00 PM) may be requested and will be accommodated if possible.
Cost: $99 + Booking platform fees
Enjoy private access to the entire home, aside from the locked owner’s closet.
Be sure to lock all doors and windows when leaving the property.
Check-in is at 5:00 PM
Check-out is at 11:00 AM
Holdover or Late Checkout will result in a $250 fee, and does not entitle the guest to any extension of the rental period.
Quiet Hours - Beginning 10 PM
You have the right to quiet enjoyment of the property during your stay. Please do not disturb the rights of the neighbors. Only guests on the booking are allowed on the premises.
No parties are permitted. Any neighborhood disturbance will result in a $400 fine and termination of your stay without refund.
Pets
Approved pets must be confirmed prior to check-in (3 pets maximum). Pending approval, the exact count needs to be added to the reservation prior to check-in. Any undisclosed pets will result in a $350 fine. No cats allowed.
Pet owners must disclose the type of pet, breed, name, and age. If pet stays are longer than 1 week, MyTripify may require guests to purchase travel insurance.
Please keep pets off furniture and beds, and they are not allowed on the 2nd floor carpeted area. Removal of pet hair from furniture will result in additional fees up to $300.
Pet owners are to clean up after all waste in the yard and the surrounding area. Any damages done will be charged to the guest.
Parking
Any parking or driving on the grass is prohibited and will result in a $300 fine. Follow posted signage for street parking.
Smoking
No smoking whatsoever inside the home.
Smoking is permitted outside only. All remnants must be properly disposed of outside to prevent any smell inside. If the house smells of smoke or remnants are found inside, a smoking fee will be issued of $500.
Damages
Guests are responsible to immediately report and pay for any damages cause during their stay.
Toilet Use
Please flush toilet paper only, nothing else, please! Other items can cause plumbing issues. A fine may apply if repairs are needed. Thanks for helping keep things running smoothly!
Internet Usage
We are not responsible for material viewed or downloaded by users from the internet including but not limited to illegally copyrighted material such as movies, music, or other digital media. Doing so will result in a fine of $500 per occurrence. Additionally, you agree to Indemnify and hold harmless us for any damages caused by illegal internet use.
Trash should fit into the outside receptacles or be removed and disposed of prior to checkout. Any trash that does not fit into the outside receptacles will incur an additional $75 per bag charge.
