Tim’s house was SO clean with lots of nice upgrades. We were visiting family in Topeka and Kansas City and this was the perfect middle ground for everyone to gather. The kids swam all day and the adults enjoyed hanging in the outdoor space and the nice updated kitchen. There was a wide parking pad for our multiple vehicles. Tim was very responsive to messages and gracious when my toddler got marker on one of the comforters. We would for sure stay here again if in the area!

The property had everything we needed plus everything we could possibly want. It was very comfortable, clean, and easy to get back-and-forth from Lawrence. The hosts were very quick to respond although we did not need anything, just had a couple questions. Our group loved it - pool was amazing. We will absolutely stay here again!! We are from Denver so we considered hiding the Chiefs gear - we did not, but it sure was a consideration

Beautiful house with so many fun things to do. Perfect for kids preschool age and older. Well equipped kitchen and pool area meant we didn’t need to bring anything except our travel bags and food. Master bath steam shower was a fun surprise!Bedroom details since it’s not in the listing: four bedrooms that both sleep two (8 total). One is in basement. Worked well for our crew using an air mattress for one younger kid in the master, but just a heads up if you have traveler arrangements where they wouldn’t want to share a bed.

We were in the Kansas City area for World Cup soccer. The games at Arrowhead Stadium were great, but just as good was hanging out at the house to watch other World Cup games there -- either from the pool / hot tub area on the 3 large outdoor TVs or on the huge TV in the living room. The large pool was awesome -- our whole family spent hours in it every day after our adventures around town. The layout of the house worked out very well for our 3 generational family who was there with the 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. And the kitchen area had everything we needed to make things easy and comfortable. Tim was super responsive to the couple of questions we had and made us feel very welcome. The inside of the property was all that we had expected and the huge outdoor entertaining area with pool, hot tub, grilling area, etc. was amazing and made our stay memorable. I highly recommend this unique property.
