• Penalties for violation: ○ First: Complimentary warning. ○ Second: $100 fine. ○ Third: Immediate eviction with no refund.
Guest Interaction with Building Staff Policy
• This is a residential building; staff is for tenants, not short-term guests.
• For questions or concerns, contact the host directly.
• Only approach building staff/security in case of an emergency.
Checkout Process/Cleaning Policy
• Must load and start dishwasher with all dirty dishes and/or cookware.
• Please dump food waste in the garbage—not in the sink disposal.
• Place all trash in trash can or dispose in the trash shoot.
Guest Policy
• No entry for unregistered guests or those not on the reservation.
• Guests must be 21+ to book a reservation. (Building Rules)
Local Guest Policy

The location and building were good. The apartment itself was underwhelming. More specifically, my bed did not have a fitted sheet. There was a loose sheet on the bed that came loose and I slept
