The Rooms Upstairs Sanctuary Room #4 is one of 2 unique and charming accommodations one block off Hwy 89a in Uptown Sedona, Arizona, for nightly or weekly stays. We offer a motel like experience with this room situated in a building that is an Architect Business downstairs. The rooms are reserved separately. Conveniently located 1 block from Hwy 89a which is the main road going through Sedona's Uptown locations, including shops, restaurants, sightseeing and museums. Ideal for guests who like to just walk or do not travel with a car, but we do have our own parking lot for those that bring one.

The property is one of only two private hotel-style rooms over an award winning building acclaimed for its architectural style. After a day of sightseeing, step out on the private patio to relax and take in the breathtaking views that Sedona is world famous for.

Step out the door and walk to fantastic hiking such as the famous Brins Mesa, Jordan Park or Cibola Trails. Check out the local eateries just steps from your door, or prepare your meals in the room with a view and never have to leave it.

The location of this rental was very central and convenient to the heart of Sedona with many restaurants and shops within waling distance. The unit was quiet and comfortable and generally well stocked.

A hidden gem! We loved the accommodations as it was well appointed. The outdoor terrace was very relaxing after long days of touring the area. Coffee and creamer was another added bonus. Everything was in walking distance and not hilly at all. Highly recommend!

Everything as described and perfect location. Couldn’t be happier with the value of this place. Walkable to shopping, restaurants, tour groups…all things metaphysical in the area and great coffee shops. Good communication with manager and even met the cleaning lady who was super sweet and attentive. Beautiful morning coffee sunrises…

We absolutely loved our stay at this property for 3 nights. It was so peaceful and quiet, but yet in the heart of downtown, near everything !! Everything was immaculate and the bed was extremely comfortable. The bonus was the patio,where you could sit and enjoy the beautiful rock landscape. Very relaxing. Everything was as promised, and more! You will not be sorry if you stay here. Highly recommend 1,000%

The room is in the perfect walking position to Sedona. Beautiful views from your room. Very clean, bed is comfortable and room is spacious with small kitchenette. Rebecca is a great host! Couldn’t have been a more perfect place for our stay in Sedona.

Awesome Place to Stay in Sedona

We loved the location close to restaurants, etc. and great views of the Sedona Mountains from the room as well as the patio.The room was very cleaning, and orderly! We had a great stay over the 4th of July! The suite was clean, quaint, and artsy—perfect for a Sedona getaway. The location was super convenient, just a block from restaurants and shopping. The one-bedroom, one-bath setup was comfortable, and the kitchenette was a nice bonus. We especially loved the huge outdoor patio with scenic views all around. The host was great and very responsive. We’d definitely recommend this spot!

Would recommend to anyone and would stay here again. Great location. Walkable to many things. Parking. Easy access. Nice peaceful outdoor patio perfect for drinking coffee in the early AM. Full kitchen which was nice and nice space for 2 people.

Celebrating in Sedona

Celebrated the week leading up to my 40th birthday in Sedona. The location of the VRBO was amazing!! Just one block off the main strip through uptown, right behind Elote(so you go all the good smells), and just a few hundred feet away from Sedona Beer Co. all while seeing the beautiful red rock mountains . The VRBO it’s self was Just right for my husband and I. I made coffee each morning in the room and enjoyed it on the patio. The fridge was more than enough to house a few groceries and all our left overs. The bed was comfortable and the room had plenty of room for our luggage and we never felt crowded or messy. The only thing we wish would have been in room was laundry. I knew when booking there wasn’t laundry and was okay with it, hind sight, it would be nice to have after changing out clothes twice a day due to hiking early morning and then changing into and afternoon outfits or washing swimsuits when returning from grasshopper point or slide rock. However, a laundromat wasn’t far away, and we made it work by having breakfast at Sedona crêpes while our clothes washed.All in all, it was a great stay!!

Would stay here again!

My partner and I had an excellent stay. The room is spacious and clean with all necessities. The patio is very nice with comfortable seating (perfect for coffee in the am and a cocktail at night). The location is absolutely perfect - walkable to trails, shops, and restaurants. The property manager was responsive and very easy to work with. Thank you so much! We will be back!
