The Rooms Upstairs Sanctuary Room #4 is one of 2 unique and charming accommodations one block off Hwy 89a in Uptown Sedona, Arizona, for nightly or weekly stays. We offer a motel like experience with this room situated in a building that is an Architect Business downstairs. The rooms are reserved separately. Conveniently located 1 block from Hwy 89a which is the main road going through Sedona's Uptown locations, including shops, restaurants, sightseeing and museums. Ideal for guests who like to just walk or do not travel with a car, but we do have our own parking lot for those that bring one.

Our stay here was excellent. Ample free parking and close to lots of restaurants, shops, and activities. Very good central location to trailheads. Rebecca was easy to communicate with and answered quickly. The place was clean and had everything we needed. I would definitely recommend staying here when visiting Sedona.

This is perfect for a couple! It is a block from the main uptown area which is a big bonus since there is no parking and traffic is terrible. It felt quiet and private and has a nice little patio spot to chill.

We were very happy with the clean room, comfortable bed, and coffee supplied for us. The patio was nice to relax on and the ability to walk right up to town was perfect. Thank you very much.

Great property, completely as advertised. Conveniently located in Uptown Sedona with easy walking to local eateries, coffee shops, galleries, and other shopping. Great communication with owner. Absolutely amazing view off the back patio, so much so that one night we grabbed wine and charcuterie from the local Safeway and had a great dinner. Definitely would stay here again.

Lovely studio with comfortable bed, and good space for 1-2 people. Lovely patio shared with others with comfy furniture. Walking distance to some restaurants and shops. Host Rebecca gave clear directions and responded quickly throughout the reservation process. Let us know when the room was ready. We would stay again!
