This Caribbean style paradise offers stunning panoramic views of the Gulf from nearly every angle. Everyone can spread out in the beautiful, spacious living area or dining room. Prepare gourmet meals in the state of the art kitchen with granite counter tops, all stainless steel appliances and a breathtaking Gulf view. Luxurious bathrooms, tile throughout, Caribbean decor and a color palette complimentary to the beauty of Mother Nature right outside are just a few of the features that will make your stay unforgettable.

Fully appointed kitchen includes microwave, dishwasher and laundry area with full size washer and dryer. Spacious bedrooms, ceiling fans, central heat and air, flat panel TVs in the living room and both bedrooms and a large master bath with whirlpool tub, separate glass enclosed shower, double vanity and lots of closet space.

Great place to stay!

Staff and management were super friendly and always around, check in was super simple, ground were clean and very nice, condo was clean and very nice!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our multigenerational party was very pleased with our vacation. The elevators were uncrowdwd and ready available. Our floor was very quiet. The unit was clean and arranged so that we all had privacy. The kitchen was well appointed for the limited amount of cooking we did. The only negative we had was the u-turns required when we wanted to go off campus but that was not the fault of the condo. I would definitely recommend it.

Wonderful stay!

We had a wonderful stay in Orange Beach for spring break! Location was perfect, condo was beautiful and we enjoyed the numerous pools, hot tub and direct access to the beach. Seachase was a perfect location-was able to walk to dinner, stores etc. Will definitely be back!

You need to sit up higher to see over the rail. Two minor issues; in the main bedroom one of the shutters needs repair, also the bed skirt was torn. Not really a problem but needs attention.

(One for pods the other for filters). Patio furniture was very nice and view spectacular. So close to the beach! Furniture was upscale. All of it. We were lucky enough to find an available week the first of August, and grabbed it. In my haste, I actually booked the trip off by one day. The staff could not have been more accommodating and saved the day!! They found us a place where we could stay, until our actual reservation kicked in. The ladies were amazing and we can't thank you enough. We will see you next year :)

Very Nice Condo

Returned in 2019 and picked 804W because of it’s great views, cleanliness and, overall, a very nice condo. We had planned to come back to Orange Beach in 2020 but Hurricane Sally struck and we had to cancel. We were finally able to get back to Orange Beach in 2023. We chose 804W again and we’re not disappointed. If we are able to ever return to Orange Beach again and, Lord willing, we will try to stay at 804W. It is really a nice condo.

Another great stay at Seachase

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was our first time staying in 804W, having previously stayed at various other units at Seachase. It is nicely decorated and the beds were comfortable. Really nice patio furniture including a chaise lounge which we enjoyed. Big TV in the living room, as well as decent sized TV’s in both bedrooms. One thing it didn’t have was a separate icemaker, but the refrigerator was really nice and large and made ice quickly. Seachase is a well-maintained property and the location is right in the center of Orange Beach. Only negative is that only one elevator was working the week we stayed, which was inconvenient for all. We would stay in this unit again.

The condo was good,but would have been better with a stand-alone ice maker. Just wish the second elevator had been working.
