Cette belle unité de coin au dixième étage comprend des meubles de qualité supérieure, du carrelage espagnol et des comptoirs de cuisine en granit. Les trois chambres, deux salles de bain, condo fournit un balcon enveloppant et une vue magnifique sur le golfe et la plage de sucre blanc. Le grand salon ouvert et la chambre principale s'ouvrent sur le balcon pour que la vue sur la plage soit à deux pas. Les nouveaux volets de plantation vous aident à régler l'éclairage naturel.

La chambre principale dispose d'un lit king confortable et les chambres d'un lit à baldaquin et de lits jumeaux extra-longs pour accueillir confortablement adultes, adolescents et enfants. Le canapé-lit queen arrondit la capacité de couchage à 8. Tous les matelas sont neufs pour l'été 2017. La chambre principale a une grande salle de bain principale avec bain à remous, douche vitrée, double vasque et grand dressing. Les chambres d'amis partagent une salle de bain centrale avec baignoire, douche et vanité.

Avec des appareils récemment mis à jour en acier inoxydable, cette cuisine bien équipée comprend une cuisinière intégrée, un four micro-ondes, un lave-vaisselle, un réfrigérateur, une cafetière Keurig et des éviers en acier inoxydable avec élimination. La barre humide adjacente comprend un comptoir en granit, un évier en acier inoxydable et une machine à glaçons. La table à manger peut accueillir 6 personnes et 3 personnes au bar intégré. La buanderie comprend une laveuse et une sécheuse à haute efficacité.

Les autres caractéristiques comprennent des plafonds de 9 pieds, des ventilateurs de plafond, le chauffage central et la climatisation (mise à jour en 2018), ainsi que de nombreux espaces de rangement.

Internet haut débit est fourni avec votre location, sans frais supplémentaires. Le salon et toutes les chambres disposent d’une télévision à écran plat avec câble et lecteur DVD. Apportez votre appareil Roku ou Apple TV pour diffuser des films en ligne. Tous les téléviseurs disposent d’entrées HDMI.

Fabulous

We had a great time, perfect weather, great location, easy check in, beautiful clean condo with deck overlooking the ocean that we ate breakfast and lunch at daily. You could hear the sound of the ocean beautifully from the porch. We will definitely want to stay here again.

We loved our stay here! It is absolutely beautiful, and more than enough room for our family of five. The only issue we had the entire time we were there was the microwave kept kicking a breaker, so it didn’t work pretty much the entire time we were there and the oven took a really long time to preheat. But that wasn’t a big deal once we realize it took a while. Overall, it was amazing and we would definitely come back! Super quiet, wasn’t crowded at all, and a beautiful place to stay!

Wonderful

This condo was very clean and comfortable. The kitchen was completely stocked and the beds were very comfortable. The views were immaculate. The check in process was essentially no contact and very quick. I have no negative feelings about our stay; we had a great time. It was probably the best condo I’ve ever stayed in!

Perfect getaway condo...just perfect!!!

Before we ever rented, we had a long checklist. This wonderful condo checked everything on our list. Beautifully furnished, large spaces, incredible views, comfortable adult sized beds, Walmart right across the street (that was a bonus!) lots of restaurants, nice deck with amazing views and very comfortable chairs, wonderful security people, end of hallway unit, lots of lighting, beautiful master bath, and simply a wonderful place to entertain family and rest and catch up on spending time with spouse. Owners did an amazing job making this feel like home for those who stay for the period they stay. We will be back and THIS is the unit we will rent. Again. So blessed we got it right the first time!!! ❤️

I was more happy with this condo because it actually had a whirl pool tub as pictured. The view was amazing! Kitchen had everything you could possibly need or want. This condo had a small bar in the foyer with an ice maker. We absolutely love Sea Chase and will definitely stay again.

The beach is combed nightly so each day is like a new vacation start. My grand children have a blast every time we visit. My only complaint is parking and comfort on the balcony. Why not put a couch and a couple of swivel chairs with a coffee table.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had or normal Great Stay at Seachase!!! Everyone there is pleasant and helpful. We had just one problem with a TV but someone was there in minutes...and...the TV issue resolved itself as they knocked on the door. We messed up a couple of years ago and had to stay at another property...and I will say...we will never make that mistake again! Seachase is our #1 choice and will remain that way! Thank you all!!!
