Discover this brilliant 1-bedroom gem in Lancaster. This quiet studio apartment is tucked away at the rear of the property and features 1 queen bed in the cozy loft area plus a comfortable sofa bed from BURROW in the living room.
Guests can enjoy the excellent amenities such as the large deck with comfortable seating and barbeque grill, overlooking the neighboring farm and cemetery.
Perfect for an extended stay, exploring the area while working remote, or a quick overnighter to attend a nearby athletic event. The kitchenette is loaded with options for cooking and guests are permitted to invite local friends to enjoy a meal!
You can expect hospitality-style amenities such as all-white bedding and towels, iron/clothes steamer and ironing board, luggage racks and a dresser to use while staying.
Located 15 minutes outside Lancaster City, 10 minutes to Historic Columbia and Marietta (where you can access the Northwest River Trail), and under 10 minutes to Spooky Nook Sports Complex.

NOTE:
The queen bed in this unit is in a loft space. Please be prepared to climb a ladder to access the bed.

The space is very cozy, rustic (while still having all the modern conveniences), and has a cool vibe. Perfect for a weekend get away with easy proximity to Lancaster City. Julia is a very communicative host with wonderful recommendations. Top of the list is Trolley Line Coffee - one of the best Americanos I’ve ever had. We would definitely recommend it and stay there again.

The host is super friendly and always responsive. Perfect size for our girls trip! The only downfall is the entrance is sliding glass doors with sheer curtains- beautiful to let the sun in during the day, could use a bit more privacy at night.

So cute and cozy. Excellent communication. Walking in the cemetery with the house ouija board was so fun. Traversing the ladder was not an issue even under the influence.

From the moment I stepped into this space, my soul felt instantly at peace! This was supposed to be a quick stay, and I left wanting more time there. The location is perfectly private, with all the necessary amenities to "disconnect" with confidence. The shower temp exceeded my expectations and added to my peace.Centrally located, comfortable furniture, hot coffee, and eclectic decor show the pride of ownership and Julia's thoughtfulness!I am definitely returning for a longer stay — thank you!

This was a very cozy place to stay for the weekend. My son had a basketball tournament at Spooky Nook, was within a 10 minute drive there. It had all the nessecities to cook breakfast and dinner. Price per night was great, also has a nice deck to sit on. Would definitely book here again if we come back next year!

I am originally from the central NJ area, and have lived in Bucks, Montgomery and Philadelphia counties prior to moving to Lancaster. I love to cook and have been gardening since we bought our home in 2020. Right now we dont have any chickens but we kept them for years and still have our indoor pets: two cats, a "rescue" turtle and our Catahoula mix, Molly. We enjoy spending time outdoors as a family hiking, camping and kayaking. When time permits, I love to see live music and travel to new places. I am new to hosting but looking forward to meeting new people, sharing my Lancaster area insights and creating memorable experiences by creating a unique place to stay!

We live here and although we are outside Lancaster city, we have a variety of places that are walking distance. We are also quite happy with the explosion of food delivery services in the area which have transformed our nights in into culturally diverse feasting opportunities!

この宿泊施設の特徴

Our home and barn were built in 1880, and we renovated the loft apartment ourselves over the past couple of years. My husband built the deck himself and I've enjoyed decorating with finds from local thrift and antique stores, as well as artwork we have collected at various local events.
