This is our 2nd time staying here and it was just as good as the first time. This is a great, cozy house with everything you need. Amazing outdoor area as well. This house gives you quiet privacy while also being 10 minutes from the hh earth of North Conway. Can’t say enough good things about the property and will definitely be returning as long as we can.

This place had a bad odor to it. We decided to leave early. Two of us had irritated throats and a third had a headache after just one night. I can't recommend this place.

Property can be difficult to find if your gps directs you to drive South on Dundee Road.Much easier and faster to access driving North on Dundee. This property has a lot of wear and tear from years of many clients use. Don’t expect you’re going to be staying at a new property. The game room is nice but there is a strong odor (fuel oil or paint thinner?) down there that makes it hard to spend time enjoying it.

Thanks for sharing your experience. For GPS directions, we recommend using Intervale rather than Bartlett, as some apps route guests incorrectly onto Dundee Road. We've been upgrading the property in phases and have made real progress, including updates to the couch, A/C units, and linens, with more updates planned for this fall. The odor in the game room was from paint thinner used during recent painting work, and we'll be removing those items to clear it up.

Our family (four adults and two kids) had a great time staying at this cabin for a long 4th of July weekend. The weather was extremely hot, so we were very grateful for the air conditioning and the game tables in the basement. The location was perfect for us, as it was very easy to get to North Conway in one direction and Story Land in the other. One road over (Town Hall Road) there are good spots for swimming in the stream. We also had a good time hanging out at Ledge Brewing at the end of the road. The cabin is very spacious and comfortable - the only limiting factor is the single bathroom. We would definitely stay here again!

Great location

It's a nice chalet style house. Very clean. Great location, close to attractions, restaurants and shopping, but far enough from the main roads so you feel like you are in the mountains.

Stayed with family to do story land. Very close to story land, so that that nice. Property has a lot to do and was great for the kids, added bonus was the toys and finding the gnomes in the woods. Had nice little fire for s’mores!

Summer vacation

We stayed here for several days while on vacation. The house was clean, in a great location, had everything we needed for the week, and very comfortable. Our kids had a blast staying there. They enjoyed the pool and ping pong tables and getting to have their own rooms. It was close to everything we wanted to visit. I would definitely rent it again!
