Notre politique est de parler en direct au tĂ©lĂ©phone avec Guest avant d'accepter une rĂ©servation. Ce qui distingue ce en dehors de nombreuses locations est que ce ne est pas une unitĂ© de condo, ni un Chalet qui fait partie d'un dĂ©veloppement. Ce est une belle maison de montagne privĂ© construit par mon pĂšre, un maĂźtre artisan et menuisier. 12 hectares propriĂ©tĂ© w / 1. 5 hectares de pelouses et de jardins qui entourent la maison; et des vues imprenables sur la montagne. AnnĂ©e jacuzzi rond, planchers de bois franc et le travail du bois personnalisĂ© tout au long. Grand salon et bibliothĂšque avec pleine granit mur cheminĂ©e, baies vitrĂ©es donnant sur la cathĂ©drale Ledge & Moat Mt. Range, trois tĂ©lĂ©viseurs HD Ă  Ă©cran plat, large bande Wi-Fi, 275 sq. Ft. Terrasse et vĂ©randa 3 saisons sĂ©parĂ©, grand barbecue (printemps Ă  l'automne). RandonnĂ©e et ski nordique sentiers accessibles directement Ă  partir de la propriĂ©tĂ© w / o conduite. The hot tub wasn’t used much, but was nice. We had an enjoyable stay. Saw deer and loved the fireplace. Very enjoyable stay.

Everything about our stay was perfect in this authentic and endearing home which showcases the pride, many accomplishments, and legacy of this well-loved and appreciated family in their community. From the amazing and picturesque setting with its incredible views to the spacious rooms and gathering spots, well-stocked kitchen, and warm, comfortable beds, it met the needs of our group perfectly! Whether we were snowshoeing or hiking all about the property, playing board games by the cozy fire, or relaxing in the hot tub and enjoying the amazing views of the night sky, it was a first-rate experience all around. The only thing to top the wonderful setting and amenities were the gracious and welcoming hosts. Neill and Amanda were more than accommodating before, during, and after our stay, attentive to our every need, and we look forward to returning with our women’s ice hockey group again next winter! Many of us also hope to visit during the spring, summer, or fall seasons too! Thank you again for welcoming us so graciously into this beautiful home!

The location of this house was perfect for our trip and the house itself had plenty of space for our group, which included 7 children. Everyone had so much fun - we spent a lot of time outside with the beautiful backdrop and snow.

We absolutely loved the house and enjoyed our stay. The house is large, well maintained, and has a lot of charm. There are plenty of clean, comfortable bedrooms. The setting is very picturesque. The view of the mountain shown in the pictures is exactly what you get - including from the hot tub! Downtown North Conway is an easy five minute drive. Very convenient. Although this trip was with friends, I am already considering another trip with the family. Communication with Neill was easy and he was an excellent host. Thank you!

We were a large group and found the home very clean, comfortable and close to everything. The kitchen was well stocked for all your needs. Beds were comfortable and Neill and Amanda were just a quick phone call away for anything needed. We loved walking around the property and so enjoyed the beautiful views of the foliage and mountains. The location was perfect; the layout of the house let each group have privacy/quiet/recharge time while everyone else could congregate in another space. The house was well appointed and we LOVED having 2 coffee pots. Honestly, from now on I will expect that when we have more than 4 people sharing a home. Even having 2 almost complete kitchens allowed more than 2 people to share the food workload while still being near everyone. The younger people tried to get the in-house stereo system to work but were unable. That would have been nice, however our time was limited and I did not bring it up with the homeowners. Now that they know perhaps it's something that would be able to be fixed. Just a nice bonus for those musically inclined. I would have like to have seen a photo of the third bathroom. It is an en suite with the downstairs bedroom, but considerably smaller than the other two. Had I known I would have assigned rooms differently. Not a big deal and yes, I could have rearranged once we saw the rooms, but I prefer to walk in and know where everyone goes from the onset. It was a lovely stay. We have already recommended the house to two friends soon to be visiting from FL. Thank you so much, Neill!

From the first contact with host to checking out, this was a first-rate experience. Neill is a great communicator and easy to work with. The home is warm and inviting. It was wonderful being in the woods, yet close to everything. We would definitely stay here again!

The home was immaculate, well stocked kitchen, and nice grounds. You can tell as soon as you walk in that the owners love the home and take great pride in it. The hot tub is well maintained and got a lot of use! We would stay here again.

Neil and Amanda were fantastic hosts. It was a pleasure to stay in such a beautiful, relaxing property. The house was perfect to relax, disconnect from the day-to-day, and reconnect to the people that matter. The house was clean, with a well-stocked kitchen. Great balance of private and communal spaces. The yard was amazing. Neil and Amanda’s communication was excellent, and the hot tub was in perfect condition. Incredible location, close to Storyland, downtown North Conway, Echo Lake, and down the street from Cranmore. The backyard/grounds are beautiful and very well maintained, and we loved using the hot tub and fire pit and looking out at the mountain views. There is a lot of space and the house seemed sound proof, which was nice since we were with family and kids ranged from age 2-10! The library was so cozy. The beds could use an upgrade, but otherwise everything was perfect!

Excellent accomodations!

Large rambling thoughtfully laid out house that comfortably housed 3 families with 4 children under 4. Excellent location with privacy and views. Communication with host was great. Home came with many games, toys and TV's so you can while away any rainy days with rambunctious children and antsy adults in comfort and ease. Highly recommend!

Great in any season!

This is the fourth or fifth time we have stayed at this property. Normally we visit North Conway at the end of June but we decided to take the kids for their first ski trip in February. This house is just as wonderful in the winter as it is in the summer (maybe more)! The kids had a great time snowshoeing around the property and ran into a few small groups of deer. The adults appreciated soaking in the hot tub after a long day of skiing. We would HIGHLY recommend this property to anyone!!!!

Peaceful location minutes from North Conway. 5 minutes from Cranmore Mountain Adventure Park, 10 minutes to Storyland & Outlet Shopping, 15 minutes to Attitash Alpine Slide, Echo Lake State Park & Saco River. Only 2 miles from golfing at the North Conway Country Club. Best of both worlds - minutes from town via back road access avoiding traffic, but quite, very private setting with woodland views on all four sides of house.
