Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items and remove leftover food and drinks
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Turn the heat down to 65 or the AC to 74
Start one load of laundry ( either darks or lights)
Put any used sheets into the hamper which can be found in the kitchen pantry closet
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Quiet times are between 10pm-8am. There are neighbors in the unit next door that we need to be respectful of. Absolutely no parties.

Communication with host was pleasant, helpful, accommodating and prompt. The space was exactly like photos and included all the amenities making a quick trip so enjoyable! Beautiful walking area to Contoocook Lake (beautiful scenery). Would definitely book again if back in the area.

We were impressed with the cleanliness, the size and location. The beds were super comfortable. There is AC for the humid days and nights. Overall it exceeded our expectations and would definitely stay here again. It even has a place to sit outside with a nice forested view.
