Place all towels in a pile on the floor of the bathroom.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Charming, updated accomodations in a quiet neighborhood. Our only complaint was that the beds are rock hard. Some people might enjoy an extremely firm memory foam mattress but our family was unable to get much rest due to the beds. This is obviously a personal preference, but should be noted so guests are aware.

Why they chose this property

Location, Location, Location! It is perfectly located within walking distance to all the sporting events and you don't even have to cross any traffic to get there. The walking trail that the street dead-ends at literally takes you directly to all the KSU sporting facilities! In addition you are centrally located to the main campus, shopping, and Aggieville.

What makes this property unique

While the location is ideal, we feel the house itself is perfect as well. It has been fully renovated, updated, and furnished with the idea that it is something we want our guests to feel like they are truly at home. The backyard is a shaded space with the sounds of birds chirping and sights of squirrels scampering. It sits higher than than the neighbors behind the house and is surrounded by foliage, so gives you a private space to hang out and enjoy the outdoors. Beings that the house is located on a street that does not go through, you do not have the constant drive by traffic. It is truly a relaxing wonderful place to stay that we know you will fall in love with as much as we have.
