We loved the location and having our family all together rather than in multiple hotel rooms. The host, Anne was wonderful to work with. We loved the firepit on the front porch too. Will definitely try and stay here again!

The house is beautiful and in a perfect location! We had a large group and loved also being able to rent the carriage house. We had plenty of space and loved having so many bathrooms!

Four adult sibling couples rented for wedding weekend instead of hotel rooms so we could spend more time together! We were able to walk to eat at campus restaurants instead of driving and parking since location is so close to the home. Great house! So much charm. Lots of space. Great host. Will definitely rent again if we ever visit Manhattan!!

What a wonderful home! My family enjoyed our stay...the house is in a perfect location to enjoy Manhattan, walkable to everything. With the park right across the street, it's also a great location for kids. Anne is a clear communicator and was helpful and flexible the entire time.

Hi! My husband and I are both Kstate graduates and our family are huge Wildcat fans! We knew going to school here, we evenutally wanted to own a home in Manhattan and dreamed of it being on 14th Street! We are so happy we can share that with you, and our hope is that you love it as much as we do.

This house is in the heart of Manhattan. The location is prime for all types of visits. Sports, school,work, entertainment, relaxation. You cannot ask for a better location. Walkable and very central.

Qué hace que este alojamiento sea especial

Welcome to the historic Carl Butler House at City Park! During your stay, your group will enjoy easy access to everything in town from this home on one of Manhattan's most exclusive streets. Walk a block to Aggieville, KSU and downtown to enjoy great coffee shops, restaurants, bars and lots of shopping. In the warmer weather months you can enjoy the water park, pickleball, volleyball, and concerts in City Park, right out your front door. During football season and cooler months, enjoy gathering with your friends and family by the fire on the front porch. No matter the season most guests will begin and end their day on the large front porch overlooking the park. Book the carriage house out back separately, it sleeps 4. This is a great old house, that's easy to entertain and relax in. The large rooms make it easy to have a blow up mattress or pack and play (both are provided) for additional sleepers.
