I have 4 bedrooms -1 king, 2 queen beds upstairs and an office/ full bed downstairs ( with a private bath that has a very nice clawfoot cast iron tub - wink).

Beautiful, clean, charming home inside and out , walkable to Johnson city and ETSU. We enjoyed our stay as a family at this property while visiting our ETSU student . It is in a beautiful historic neighborhood. During our downtime it was a Great place for sitting on the front porch and enjoying the spacious backyard area.

Just what we needed. We were visiting our daughter at ETSU and it was a perfect landing place for the family. We really enjoyed being able to walk over to campus so easily. The house gave us plenty of room to spread out, cook in the kitchen, and just enjoy our time in JC.

The tree streets are beautiful and convenient. Mature trees line the streets and the neighborhood takes pride in keeping everything beautiful but not stuffy. Great vibes reside here!
It’s also close enough to walk to campus or downtown.

What makes this property unique

It’s a 100 year old historic home!
My home is the best combination of charm and modern conveniences (central air).
I’ve got a spacious backyard and hot tub. My happy place to relax!
