The house was ideal for us visiting our daughter at USF St. Petersburg. Unique, artsy, homey and just across the street from a beautiful quiet beach. The house is “vintage” but we loved that aspect of it. Hope it doesn’t become one of the new, modern mc mansions that are popping up in Pass A Grille! Jennifer was awesome and so communicative and sweet about ordering huge umbrellas from Amazon to be delivered when there were bad storms coming.

The house is a true classic from the past, in very good condition overall. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and the location is fabulous.It could benefit from some updated furniture but honestly lacked nothing and really takes you back to a simpler time!
