Stunning views over the lake and golf course to the majestic Estrella Mountains. The romantic sunrises and sunsets frame the perfect setting for your desert vacation.
Well laid out 3 bedroom 2 bath single level home with private and spacious master suite separated from the guest wing. Beautifully furnished and equipped with everything you will need for a perfect vacation.
Huge private back yard with first class pool and spa, covered patio, and outdoor kitchen. Double car garage for guest use.
Enjoy modern Smart TVs with Roku streaming in both the living room (70″) and bedroom (40″). Guests can easily access live news and sports through YouTube TV or Direct TV using their own account, along with free live channels and popular streaming apps like Netflix, Prime Video, Apple TV, Hulu, and Disney+.

Community of Estrella Mountain Ranch is quiet, charming, beautiful and safe. Beautiful parks, the spectacular lake, hiking trails and the golf course make this the perfect vacation oasis. Located away from the rat race and traffic of the city, the community has a Safeway, Walgreens, Urgent Care, a few restaurants, fast food and pizza. Goodyear and surrounding communities have hundreds of restaurants and every shopping you can imagine within a 15 to 30 minute drive. We are also within 15 minutes of Spring Training, 20 minutes from Phoenix International Raceway and 25 minutes from State Farm Stadium.
Pool is heated during October through April. Pool heating fee of $45 per day is already included in the quoted rates. Should you request to not heat the pool, that fee can be eliminated or refunded.

We enjoyed our stay in this spacious, comfortable home. The kitchen was well equipped. The private pool and hot tub were amazing !Average daily temps during our visit were 100 to 105, so the covered outdoor living area was a plus as well. Wonderful home !

Everything was perfect. Nice, quiet, and relaxing. We were able to unplug and get away. The pool and hot tub were also excellent. Plenty of space inside as well. We will definitely be coming back here again if Ron will have us!

Great place for a family gathering

The house was perfect for my husband and I and my 2 adult kids and their partners. Lots of room, a great hottub and pool. The backyard view was spectacular. You definitely need a car for this location.

Great stay

Sunrise from the hot tub was awesome we also really enjoyed watching people play golf. The house was the perfect size for us was clean and just as shown in the pictures. All of the furnishings were comfortable and the kitchen very well stocked. The only thing i would add is maybe a tv in the other bedrooms. But a great house in a very nice community with awesome views.

Excellent AZ Golf Course Home

Our stay at this VRBO was fantastic! The three-bedroom, one-story home on a golf course with a pool was perfect for our family. The views from the pool — overlooking the course with mountains in the background — were stunning, especially in the mornings. The house was stocked with everything we could need: towels, a washer/dryer, kitchen essentials, spices, a speaker, a blow dryer, and more. The location, in a quiet area west of Phoenix, was ideal — close to golf, trails, shopping, and supplies. While we enjoyed a few restaurants nearby, the area could use more local bars and bistros. Overall, an excellent place to stay — we’d happily return!

Wonderful Place to Stay

This property delivers all that was promised. Making this property a standout was the hot tub, pool, use of the garage and views of the golf course and mountains. The owners instruction booklet was comprehensive without being burdensome. When we return to Goodyear this will be our first choice. It ranks at the top of our 15 HomeAway/VRBO stays.

Amazing property

This home could not have been a better fit for me. Came for a few days of vacation and it was perfect. The backyard is the highlight with amazing views and clean pool. Communication with Ron was great and all was as described it not better. Will certainly rebook next time I’m in the area.

Comfortable home in quiet neighborhood.

The house was perfect for the 4 of us with plenty of room. The view of the small lake and golf course was enjoyable with a cup of coffee in the morning. We did not use the pool but is an added bonus as well as the hot tub which we did use. Golf is nearby which was part of the reason we chose this house. Communication with the owner was great. I would highly reccommend this house for your next vacation.

After several US stays (3 times in AZ) this house was the best one !! Perfect and very reactive owner, perfect and clean house. This home way exceeded my expectations! It is not only beautiful, but is well stocked and comes with just about everything one could possibly need. Examples - pool comes with floats and nice outdoor furnishings with a gas BBQ. Kitchen has everything you could possibly need. Bedrooms were very comfortable. Home is very well laid out. We loved there was a really nice Safeway within a 7 minute drive from the house, so convenient! Old Scottsdale and Lake Pleasant were great and only an hour drive away. Ron, you were a pleasure to work with and I thank you for being so communicative. We will absolutely be back!

AWESOME RENTAL HOME! AWESOME OWNER!

After renting the same vacation home in Estrella Mountains (Goodyear, AZ) for the past 4 years, the homeowner decided to sell the property. Bummer! So, the hunt was on to find another comparable rental. That's where this gem comes in. The home is in a quiet, gated, golf community with a very responsive owner. While not as large as our previous rental, it was definitely cozy & comfortable. The home is in excellent condition with very tasteful furnishings. The kitchen was very nice, although missing a blender (essential for frozen margaritas) & standard size saucepans...it was however, equipped with a Keurig. Woo-hoo! That's a huge PLUS in my book. We own several @(work/home), so this made us feel right @ home.One major sticking point was the fact that there was only 1-TV inside the home.😕 That's a bummer, especially when u have 3 ppl & one is a sports fanatic & the other 2 are not. Ugghhh! Another TV, at least 1 in the Master bedroom would have been perfect. The use of Wi-fi & a network printer were a plus. This home also has a heated pool & hot tub; however we did not partake of either. Having said all that; this is DEFINITELY a winner. I would rent it again in a heartbeat. 💓

Thank you so much for your review. Being fairly new at vacation rentals, the feedback is much appreciated. Based on your feedback we will be getting a blender. And need to point out that there is a second TV located on the back patio. We debated on where to put it and have had good feedback on folks enjoying it out there. However, if you are not using the spa or pool and the weather is a little cool for outdoor living ( as in late December), then I can see where you would prefer it inside. We will consider whether to move it inside or leave it out there. Thanks again, and so glad you enjoyed your stay.
