Tranquil Backyard with Pool/Spa, BBQ, and Putting Green.

This spacious, 2450 sq ft bungalow sits on a spacious 10,000 sq ft lot in a tranquil cul de sac built-in 2006. No neighbors to the east and rear neighbours are below the property.

Estrella Mountain Ranch is a beautiful community nestled in the mountains of southwest Phoenix and is just 20-30 minutes from the Phoenix Sky Harbor Airport or 45 minutes from the Mesa Airport. (Easy access from the I-10 onto Estrella Mountain Parkway)

Our modern non-smoking home consists of 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, on one level. It has all the amenities needed to enjoy a relaxing vacation. A fully upgraded kitchen with cherry wood cabinets and black granite countertops. This chef at heart kitchen is stocked with all of the needs to cook your favorite meals, including a microwave, dishwasher, a refrigerator with an ice dispenser, air fryer, blender, a Nespresso, Saeco, drip coffee makers, and much, much more.

The main bedroom with a private en-suite is located at the opposite end of the home from the three other guest bedrooms – an ideal layout to provide separation from other guests.

To relax after a delicious meal, the home has a large comfortable sectional for you to enjoy. You can watch your favorite show on the 85" 4K with DirecTV & AppleTV or pop a movie into the DVD player. If you would like to relax in your room to watch T.V., the Master Suite has a 75" 4K LED TV, and all of the other guests' bedrooms have 50-70" 4K LED TVs with DirecTV or AppleTV use as well.

The home provides free COX Wi-Fi high-speed Internet to keep in touch with family and friends while enjoying your resort getaway. A printer is also available for your use.

During the day, enjoy a swim in the 36x18 ft pebble tech saltwater pool, surrounded by cool decking (as not to burn your feet), and enjoy the spa and waterfall features. The backyard is private and a true desert oasis, with palm trees and cactus. Take your time to enjoy a good book in one of the reclining lounge chairs, practice putting on the private green, or sit down at the poolside kitchen and enjoy your lunch while watching the 55" outdoor T.V. You can enjoy your evening dining at the 6-seat patio set located beside the pool.

Our home is near a quaint child's play area/park for families with children.

This home is very close to the hiking trails Estrella offers (the F.I.N.S. trail is steps away). The home also has storage for your bikes or golf clubs in the two-car garage, or there are 3 bikes for your use (one child's, two adults).
You can enjoy two lakes, tennis & basketball courts, walking and biking trails. Local attractions include major sporting events such as NASCAR (10 min away), N.B.A. Phoenix Suns (15 min away), two spring training camps (Reds/Indians 10 min away), and the N.H.L. Phoenix Coyotes (15 min away). This home is close to world-class golf courses, including the Estrella Golf Course Nicklaus designed and Par 72. This golf course is consistently rated as one of the top ten in Arizona.

Groceries, restaurants, shopping, movie theaters, Wild Life Zoo, hospital, and concerts are all 15 minutes away.

Great home - Amazing backyard!

Wonderful vacation home! Plenty of room for everyone to relax and enjoy. The backyard was amazing with the salt water pool and hot tub, gas fireplace, and plenty of seating. Brad and Teri answered all questions very quickly. Great location to walk to the trails and bike paths. We would definitely recommend this home and rent again!

Nice home in a quiet neighbourhood. Has all the dishes, pots, pans and supplies you'll need. It had lots of supplies to get you started which was nice since we arrived very late in the evening (soap, paper towel, etc). Small issue with hot tub heat which was resolved through discussion with owner.

Baseball week with Teen Son

This property is amazing! My teen son and I stayed here while in town for a week of baseball showcases. We had an amazing stay here from start to finish. The home is nicely appointed, in a safe and well-kept neighborhood. The backyard pool area was our favorite - perfect on the 100+ degree days during our stay. The open concept kitchen and family room is well-decorated and comfortable. The master bedroom is spacious, with a lovely master bath. Brad and Teri were wonderful hosts, and responded immediately to any questions or concerns. The keypad entry at the front door was easy to use. In addition, the Safeway/ Walgreens shopping center being only 5 min away was very convenient. I enjoyed walking around the Lakes at Estrella several mornings. I also ventured one evening on the desert hiking path behind the property. The neighborhood is close (10-15 min drive) to many longer hiking trails as well. We are looking forward to staying again at this wonderful property, and bringing our entire family.

Fabulous stay!

We vacation in Az every year and this was one of our favorite VRBO’s. The place was so comfortable and homey and had everything we needed. The kitchen was well stocked (and I like to cook) and we loved the open floor plan. The outdoor area was gorgeous and quiet. Brad was very quick to respond to any questions. We will definitely be back!

Had the best time!

We loved staying at Brad/Teri’s home in Estrella. They were extremely quick to reply to any questions we had. They have provided everything you need to have a wonderful stay. The house is very roomy, extremely well kept and the furnishings will make you feel right at home. The pool and spa were used many times each day, especially when our grandkids stayed with us. There were plenty of beach towels to use. The landscaping around the house is beautiful and we enjoyed the ambiance at night with lights on the palm trees. We also liked that the Estrella area is beautiful and very quiet with not a lot of traffic. There is even a small playground area around the corner from the house as well as two lakes close by (with walking/biking paths around them). There are a number of restaurants close by, as well as a Walgreens and a Safeway grocery store. Hint: get a Safeway member card, it’ll save you money each time you shop. Thanks again to Brad/Teri for your hospitality. Our stay was amazing. Our family is already asking when we can go back …and we definitely will in the future!!

Awesome house with backyard oasis in a beautiful setting

The house is very clean and well maintained, it had everything we needed and more. It has four good-sized bedrooms, each with a very comfortable bed and also a TV. The kitchen is very large and has a nice eating area. The backyard is amazing, it has a large heated pool with water feature, a luxurious spa, a large built-in grill and bar, an outdoor seating area with mounted TV, and putting green. We really enjoyed our stay, the area is incredible and the owners were great to deal with, very helpful and quick to respond.

Great Getaway

We loved the house and we loved all it had to offer. When you’re staying outside of Phoenix, you need a house like this to keep you from feeling like you need to go anywhere. It’s great for a go-and-stay there vacation. Great trails near by for hikes and bikes, too!

Just what the doctor ordered

Brad and Teri’s house is gorgeous! Very tastefully decorated with every amenity you could ever need. From the bottle of wine waiting for us when we arrived to the perfectly rolled beach towels leading out to the pool; everything was wonderful. We came to rest & enjoy a quiet Thanksgiving and that’s just what we got. Estrella is about 15-20 minutes from Goodyear in a newer subdivision away from the hustle & bustle of Phoenix. It’s so peaceful but has anything you might need 5 minutes away. If you’re looking to relax and enjoy a peaceful setting- look no further.

This property was AMAZING! Everything we wanted in a relaxing vacation destination. When you take a vacation to Arizona in the middle of July you NEED a pool, and this one was perfect. We spent the majority of the day in the pool. House was clean and had everything we needed. Plenty of space to spread out. Neighborhood was quiet, playground across the street. Brad & Teri were awesome to work with and made sure we had everything we needed and everything was working properly. Even had the house temp turned down for check in. Grocery store is within 5 minutes, but Target/Walmart/restaurants are a good 15 min away. Othwerise this is the perfect vacation home.

AMAZING

Our stay here was absolutely amazing! This property was so beautiful in the pictures but was nothing compared to how beautiful it was in person. The house was absolutely spotless upon arrival, the pool area and outsides grounds were immaculate. We have been doing VRBO's now for several years and haven't had a better experience with a property manager or owner as we did with this property. The owner, Brad, was "Johnny on the Spot" when it came to anything we needed. We didn't need much but when we did Brad was on it. For example, the lights that are wrapped around the palm trees by the pool weren't working so we mentioned it to Brad and we had new lights for the palms installed the very next day. Which by the way look beautiful in the evening. The sunrises are phenomenal as the sun comes up over the mountains. Perfect way to start the day. My wife and I will be returning to this property in the near future

A Home run stay! Don't hesitate to book book

We stayed at Teri and Brad's property for one week during covid lockdown. Coming from Colorado it was a wonderful break from cold weather. We quarantined with our two teenage daughters as they attended school and we worked. It was a perfect getaway. The pool and hot tub were used everyday and we enjoyed being outside as much as possible. The house is beautiful, open, and very comfortable. The neighborhood is quiet and safe and we enjoyed the hiking, walking paths and lakes nearby. Every small detail is taken care of and both Brad and Teri were easy to contact for any small detail. We hope to come back and enjoy the house again. Don't hesitate to book this property, you'll enjoy every minute.

Our stay was relaxing and the property was just as it was listed. The pool and hot tub were very enjoyable and we spent hours relaxing by the pool. The kitchen was well stocked and we enjoyed cooking all our meals at home. Most importantly, Brad and Teri were very responsive to all questions and quickly resolved any issues ("how to" questions.)

Great home and location

Our family had a wonderful stay at this property. The home was beautiful and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The pool was perfect and we loved the bbq area as well. The owner was great to work with and very helpful. Grocery store was 5 min away along with restaurants. Tons of amenities within the community and close to Estrella Mountain for hiking! Would definitely recommend this property and hope to stay here again.

Perfect place to stay!!

We love the Estrella Mountain area and have stayed in several houses there...this one is the best! It has absolutely everything you need...beautiful bedrooms with comfy beds (I actually went and bought the same pillow when I got home!), fantastic pool and hot tub and outdoor shaded seating area with TV, great hiking trails a block away...plus great hosts in Teri and Brad. They answered every question quickly and were so helpful. Stay here - you won't regret it!

We choose this home because of the open floor plan, the quiet neighbourhood and the beautiful view of the mountains. Estrella Mountain Ranch was by far the nicest communtities we looked at when searching for a home.

What makes this property unique

The property is unique because once you arrive you don't have to leave you can have groceries delivered and simply unwind and relax without going anywhere. If you decide to venture out the Goodyear area is one of the fastest growing cities in America. Every possible shopping store or restaurant you could want is an easy 20 minute drive.
