Stunning condo! So well stocked with everything you could possibly need. The condo came with chairs and an umbrella which saved us from paying the ridiculous fee for beach chairs by the ocean. Condo was so clean it seemed like we were the only people that had ever stayed there. Love our stay already looking for a week to come back

Great location with easy access to the beach and club. Very clean and comfortable. I just wish there were fans in the balcony to enjoy it more. But overall, excellent.

We have visited Watercolor & Seaside many times, and this condo was our hands down favorite! The location was the best!!! Quick walk to beach, beach club, and Seaside. Condo itself VERY spacious!

Property is great. Townhome is big, spacious and well maintained. Location is what you pay for. It is next to the Inn and short walk to Beach Club.The townhome is loud. You can hear every footstep from above. There was a large family staying above us, and they were up late and up early. We did not sleep well on this trip because of it. There was a big issue with the Watercolor wristbands. My reservation was for four people. We were only given two wristbands by mistake. After many back and forth conversations with the property management team, they asked me to pick them up in one location, they were not there, and then finally agreed to deliver them on the third day. My parents were not able to utilize any of the WC facilities those days because of it. Pretty upsetting. This has never happened in the 15 years I have been coming to WC.Also, I understand they can not guarantee early checkin. But I had been calling and asking about it for weeks. I also called every hour the day we arrived, as they requested. They still could not accommodate. Would have just preferred they tell me it is not possible so I could have made other arrangements. The cleaning crew was done exactly at 4pm...not a minute early. Overall, the place is nice. Location is wonderful. Management company was challenging - except for Jessica who tried her best to help with a solution.

Great location - close to beach, pools, and shopping. Had an issue with hot water tank (no hot water), one phone call and it was replaced within 24 hours of call. Great service!

Beautiful townhouse. Beautiful beach. Pool and beach close by. Great restaurants within walking distance. Great biking area. We would have loved for the third bedroom to have a queen or king bed because we were three couples but understand why twin beds make sense for children or single guests.

Great spot

Large multi level condo beachfront and next to the Beach Club. Very large and comfortable and well appointed. Loved the locale close to the beach, amenities and restaurants. Easy biking to wherever we wanted to go. Only wish we could have seen the gulf better from the balcony but the dunes and vegetation prevented that.

Wonderful vacation spot!

Our family love staying in Watercolor Townhouse 9. We have stayed in Watercolor for years, but this was by far our favorite. I will definitely rent through Realjoy again. Walt was the BEST to work with. He was helpful before we arrived and all during our stay. We had one maintenance issue and David was sent quickly to repair. can't say enough good things about our stay!!

Great stay!

Overall, we loved the location and convenience of this unit. The unit was spacious and cleanly. The only downside for us was the AC won’t go below 70 but really not lower than 74 at night. It was a little toasty for us.

House was great, but missed being able to see the ocean and beach. The hedges at the back were too tall. The property was located in a very convenient and pretty place.

Wonderful!

Enjoyed our first trip to Seaside/Watercolor! The condo was great - a perfect location. Easy access to everything; pool, beach, the square. The bikes were so nice and we really liked the Watercolor beach access. Private enough to avoid crowds yet close enough to the square to walk to enjoy everything that Seaside has to offer! The condo was awesome! We enjoyed coffee and cocktails on the patio everyday, and had more than enough space for our group. The linens and beds were very comfortable, the kitchen was well appointed and we had everything we needed! RealJoy was great as well - clear communication and very responsive. Highly recommend!
