Tranquilo y tranquilo apartamento en esquina con una vista fabulosa, mira a los surfistas y a veces las ballenas jugar en el océano desde el balcón. La playa es ideal para caminar o hacer ejercicio. Cene en restaurantes locales o vaya al supermercado a solo una milla de distancia y el condominio tiene todo para preparar comidas. Si decide no alquilar un automóvil, hay una parada de autobús en el complejo que lo llevará a Cabo o San José del Cabo. Esta unidad se acaba de remodelar por completo, todo lo nuevo es una unidad de esquina y se acaba de agregar al sitio de alquiler que está justo al lado de la unidad # 220356 en Homeaway, que tiene una calificación de cinco estrellas ***** y es administrada por el mismo gerente. Cuenta con lavadora / secadora en la unidad también tiene un televisor en el dormitorio.

Great place on the beach! Beautiful views

We loved staying here. Such a special place with everything that we needed. Very comfortable bed Beautiful views Nice small complex with great people and a nice pool Excellent spot to watch the surfers and fishermen Would highly recommend Tim was very easy to communicate with Thankyou again

Stayed for 2 weeks after a month in other parts of the Baja Great to have two restaurants just down the beach from the condo. Great unit. Very comfortable.

Mira Vista in San José del Cabo

Location was amazing. You can sit on the balcony and watch the surfers all day long. Great place if you a surfer. Water was warm for this time of year. Condo is right off the beach. Bad things were the noise from the highway and neighbors that smoked on there balcony next to ours. Most likely won’t happen to others. The condo was ok equipped with beach chairs and umbrella which were in poor condition. The kitchen had ok amenities. Overall it was a pretty nice place right the beach.

This property is exactly as you see advertised. It is clean, inviting, comfortable and the people are overall friendly. Amazing location to be right on the swimmable beach Walking distance to restaurants along the beach & you can walk to get groceries etc. Our only complaint would be the rooster crowing and the traffic noise . Honestly after a few days ya kinda get used to it . We will definitely be booking this unit again

Beautiful Paradise

I loved this stay. Three ahas are the cleanliness of the place, the beautiful view from our private balcony, one that is present sunrise, noon, and sunset, and the easy access to our own beach. In addition to this, we felt safe at all times. Finally, I am looking for a space in my calendar to come back. My energy is fully charged because of San Jose del Cabo. Thank you to our host. You are a one of a kind.

Fabulous and Quiet Property Right on the Beach

A fantastic property for a short get away or longer stay. Easy to find, exceptional amenities and one of the most helpful and responsive owners I’ve ever met (great dentist next door too). Highly recommended!

The first words my wife said upon entering, WOW what a view, We never imagined we would see such a spectacular view of them Costa Azul surfing Beach. Whales jumping and surfers learning, we didn't want to leave. Check in process was easy, Leon and Tim had answers when we asked. Two favorite Restaurants, Mamma Mias and Zippers easy walking distance. Taxi and Uber stop in front of the building, no problem.

Fantastic Week!

The condo is as described in the listing and included everything we needed for a week vacation. Tim is a great host and was very responsive to any questions we had. We appreciated that the pool and beach were not crowded and were great places to relax. There are a couple restaurants a short walk away otherwise bus or Uber were easily available to get other places. There is some highway noise which is the reason for 4 stars in the location category.

A Gem

We loved this place - a better alternative to a big resort. Away from the crowds of Cabo San Lucas. The condo is right on a lovely beach - with un beatable views of the ocean. It's located on the south of the peninsula so morning sunrises are epic. We vacationed here when the surf was low and it was a prefect swimming beach. The beach was not over run by people and had a nice combination of local and tourists beach goers. The condo itself was no fuss and clean. The condo comes equipped with a small washer & dryer and a smart tv to watch our Netflix for a movie night. The condo has a real coffee maker and not a Kreurig (which was a bonus for me). Owner also provides 2 beach chairs, umbrella and beach towels. The owner even called us to give us tips about Cabo (we've never had that happened before!) He was very responsive with our questions and is a genuinely nice man. The residents and visitors on the property were also very warm and welcoming. We will definitely stay here again.

Excellent property!

This property is exactly as advertised. It has a beautiful view of the ocean from the deck, lots of natural light and ventilation, comfortable furnishings and sits right on the beach. Very clean and safe. Property is conveniently located to local grocery stores, restaurants, entertainment and activities. Also convenient to the airport, as well as both San Jose del Cabo and Cabo San Lucas. Tim, the owner, was a super nice guy, very quick and responsive to any questions and offered numerous excellent suggestions for local restaurants, activities and even a gym! Couldn't be happier with this choice for my first Cabo vacation and I would (and will!) come back and stay in the same property again!

Fabulous Location!

The complex is ideally located just south of San Jose and boasts amazing views of the ocean! The condo is well kept, clean and was perfect for the two of us. We enjoyed each day on the beach or at the pool. Tim is very helpful for anything we needed assistance with. Highly recommend this location to others.

Very well maintained with exceptional views

Our stay was spectacular. The unit was very clean and modern. The location on the beach was outstanding. The area was quiet and close to amenities. Security was not an issue with locked gates and a guard after hours. The telephone was an added bonus. The only issues were the pillows (need replacing) and some highway noise heard in the bedroom. The place was everything you could hope for and more. Great location to travel from or to just sit back and relax. Tim was very helpful and provided lots of suggestions for 1st time visitors. We highly recommend the unit and we will definitely return.

Fantastic View

Stayed here this past January. Weather was fantastic. Condo was very clean and had almost everything you needed. Couldn't find a salad bowl! but just used one of the pots instead. Having a phone with International calling was a great perk! The view from the condo is fantastic! The beach is great for walking and was never able to do the entire stretch. The building itself was well looked after and when we were there the pool and deck were usually empty. A couple of good restaurants close by but having a rental car was definitely handy. The building is quite close to the highway so some traffic noise, especially in the bedroom but the air conditioner worked well so we kept the window closed and it was not an issue. Tim was easy to deal with and responded to emails quickly.
