Sip your morning coffee on your private balcony with the sounds of song birds on the golf course and the ocean waves to your back.

Walk to the supermarket, stumble to great local & hotel zone restaurants / bars, stroll to the beach, roll out of bed onto the golf course or into the communities' heated pool & Jaquizzi.

Second story 1 bedroom unit in La Costa Phase 2, Villa 1. Closest to the community pool. There are 17 steps with handrail to accent. Unit is clean and renovated. Owner occupied May to October. There are a few surfboards in storage as seen in photos.

Rentals at High season are long stays only (10 days or more)

Nice place in a good complex near the beach, a golf course and several good restaurants.

We were here for two weeks and enjoyed the place; glad we had a designated parking space near the condo access and the neighbors were nice and not noisy at night or early morning.

Condo was clean and matched the photos. Beautiful pool area, mix of sun and shade. Pool was cleaned every day. Close to shops and the beach. Downtown was a short ride or a 30 minute walk. Walk was flat and very safe.

Home away from…Winter!

The property was beautiful. The Condo had all the amenities to make it feel like home. I have some mobility issues and was able to get up the stairs and use the walk in shower without difficulty. The balcony got mid afternoon sun. Overall, a beautiful place.

Looks can be deceiving. The unit has surf boards hanging off the walls in the bedroom, living room and 3 more on the floor. Lot's little things didn't work or were broken. AC was filthy and kitchen sink was unhooked so water was leaking under the cabinet. No money has invested here. Although the bed was very comfortable and the view was great. close to the beach and restaurants, love the area. Needs TLC and facelift.
