Sijaitsee koskematon Sunset Beach Treasure Island, tämä nurkka yksikkö, ylimmässä kerroksessa, kaksitasoinen ranta edessä huoneisto antaa kaiken mitä tarvitset kuva täydellinen Florida loma.

Rentoudu rauhallisella, pehmeällä, hiekkarannalla, ui ympäri vuoden lämmitetyssä rannan uima-altaassa ja piknikillä rantapaikalla, jossa on BBQ-grillit. Fantastinen paikka lapsille, sinkuille, pariskunnille tai talvelle.

- Corner-Unit Beachfront Condo. Ylimmässä kerroksessa, jossa on esteetön näköala pää parvekkeelta ja oma makuuhuone parvekkeella

Lovely location

Very Awesome view.!

We enjoyed our stay. Condo was very nice. Everything worked as should….including refrigerator which we saw an earlier review that said it wasn’t. Gorgeous view on the balcony…..especially the sunset! Loved Treasure Island…..had some issues with red tide but that is no fault of the owner. Owner was very responsive. Very friendly people around there. Pool was nice.

Almost great place

This place has a great layout, location and beautiful views. We loved the balconies and really enjoyed the beach. It has a fully stocked kitchen with all appliances working well and comfortable furniture. Unfortunately the floors (tiles and carpet) need a thorough deep clean. We requested a remop which the service did perform unfortunately it didn’t help the ground in tile dirt and carpet dirt. My feet tuned completely black walking around.

Great stay

We were changed from our original place to this one due to “unforeseen circumstances”. This place is in a great location, pretty far walk out from the condo onto the beach though but walking distance to shops and restaurants. Walking distance to playground close by for kids. Place was clean enough but could definitely use a deep clean. Parking is great for one car- it was covered! Check in was easy and convenient. It was also easy to contact rental company for any concerns during our stay. Would stay here again!

Great view beach

Love the location. Condo definitely needs an upgrade. Carpet on stairs and upper level is terribly dirty and has tack strips sticking out that my grandson got cut on. Had a breaker issue while there, fixed that, bedroom screen broke( they took it to be replaced and never got it back) front door had metal sticking out and got duct taped (needs new door). Looks like mold by balcony patio door. The location is the reason to stay there. Need to overlook how aged it is and in need of a facelift.

Great location, could have been cleaner.

We loved everything about the unit, except it wasn’t as clean as I had hoped. Specifically the kitchen. There was a clump of something that looked like cream cheese on the refrigerator handle and I don’t think the coffee cups were washed after the last use. Various other signs of a less than stellar cleaning job. But the view was awesome and the location was perfect!

This is the best beach we have ever visited! WOW!

Loved being higher up on 6th floor and not 1 but 2 balconies! One private off the upper floor bedroom and one shared. You could see down to the water and it was crystal clear!! We enjoyed watching the manatee, schools of stingrays, dolphins and lots of smaller fish all around the area. It was walking distance for food and entertainment. It's an older property yes, could use some freshing of paint ..sure but your at the ocean! Who cares. The price was more than fair for all that you got staying there and right on the beach. We concidered this an absolute bargin! We can not wait to go back. Definately staying here again!!!!. Loved how Treasure Island is so laid back and peaceful...not over developed.... so more private unlike for example being at Clearwater that is now stressfull, crowed and chaotic!

This property is all about location

We believe this was the 4th time we ave stayed in this unit so we pretty much knew what o expect. Great location as others have noted. The property obviously has been well used and needs improvements. One towel bar broken off wall, corner base cabinet in kitchen door broken so it couldn’t be used, shower faucet knob broken, not enough wine glasses, door of dishwasher falls down, lumpy sofas, etc. The few concerns we had such as plumbing issues and lighting were addressed immediately by the property manager who provided excellent service. We were there the entire month of February. The owner could probably get a higher rate if they invested in some improvements but is probably a good cash generator as is.

Amenities were misrepresented

Very disappointed that the advertised heated pool was closed for maintenance but not one time from Mon-Fridaybwas there any work done on the pool. I chose this property over others because it has the pool. I called property mgmt and they said they would call HOA and get back to me, not the case. Also kitchen has no pot big enough to make spaghetti. The condo is dated but still nice.

Didn’t meet expectations

There was construction going on in the building and the road out front the entire stay. Also construction in the condo right next door. Drilling, banging, beeping sounds the entire stay! The fridge didn’t really cool what was in it. The bottom step to the stairs was wobbling and dangerous. Bathroom sink didn’t drain. Definitely needed a really good ceiling job as well. Location was great but extremely disappointed with everything else.

The unit was not prepared for occupancy on arrival. Why do we not have an OWNER parking pass and only a guest parking pass? The major items were addressed by maintenance however we have since discovered: we had to wash all silverware and glassware as some was dirty. the silverware drawer is dirty. There are only 3 butter knives. The guest bedroom bed footboard knob was broken off (see attached photo). The vinyl on the lounge chair is peeled off (see photo attached) There is a very noticeable stain on the loveseat in living room (See attached photo). See the attached photo of the toilets. Do the toilets in your home look like this? We rented this unit last year and found it satisfactory. We are VERY dissapointed this year.

Best analogy: It's like staying in a Motel 6 with a Marriott view.

If location is most important without consideration of accommodations, then perhaps this place is for you. We should have taken the lower reviews into more consideration, but the idea of being right on the beach lured us in. Unimpressive upkeep/maintenance as well as details overlooked or ignored (too many to mention in review or to expect management to take care of during a stay; but a few examples: spackled holes unfinished, flooring around sliding doors to "master" balcony in rough shape, chair in "master" is cute but unstable, doors and moulding in rough shape, freezer door handle STILL missing). The kitchen is TINY and as other reviews state from 2019, both furniture & carpet needs replaced, which we hoped would have been done so before our arrival. Seems like not much has been done since it was originally built (1974?). Overall, just very unkempt and dingy, so although it could be deemed as "clean", it certainly didn't feel like it. **BIG DISAPPOINTMENT: "Master Bedroom" is just a bedroom with a king bed and a nice view from the balcony. Description says "master bedroom w/'en-suite bath' ". There are no photos of this bathroom so you don't find out until you get there that it's actually in the hallway between the two bedrooms, so THERE IS NO MASTER BEDROOM.

Ill start with the good. This rental has 2 positives. Location and the iTrips maintenance staff. Where to start with the bad? There were a number of items that could/should have been done before we arrived. There was only one light bulb out of 4 in the kitchen working. Maintenance repaired after we notified them. The refrigerator handle had been broken off completely. Dishes were not clean. There was sand in the silverware drawer. Toilet bowls had black stains. We did not have the impression that the unit had been recently cleaned. Living room rug was dirty and stained. Furniture is shabby and stained. Maintenance replaced the lounge chair while we were there because it was peeling and gross. There was not enough silverware for 4 for one meal so we constantly had to run the dishwasher. Maintenance replaced the insides of the toilets because they leaked but we still had to jiggle the handles occasionally or they woul run continuously. The twin sheets had a hole in them. There is mold in the downstairs shower. The sliding screen door to the upstairs balcony would not slide and the screen had holes. Maintenance took it away and we never saw a replacement. The door hinge on the corner base cabinet was broken. There is more but I am sure you get my drift.

Beautiful location, but . . .

First the positive - location! The view from the balcony is stunning, we were right on a beautiful beach, and we were so close to shopping, activities, etc. Now, the not so positive - the carpeting going up the stairs, & on the 2nd floor of the condo is atrociously dirty. If I walked around the condo barefoot, I had to wash my feet before I went to bed. Yuck. Also, there are some things in disrepair, apparently for a while based on previous reviews. A towel bar is missing behind the downstairs bathroom door, as evidenced by the remaining hardware & rough spots on the wall. The freezer door handle is missing from the fridge. The bottom stair is broken under the carpeting - it creaks and shifts under a normal sized person's weight. The screen to the slider off the master bedroom is broken. It is warped, bent & was off the track when we arrived. I texted the management company as soon as I saw it, & got a response that it would be repaired after we checked out. I initially said ok, but thought about it overnight, & requested that they repair it asap, so I could go out on the balcony without worrying about damaging the screen more. Eventually they replied, & said someone would be out to repair it the next day, Tuesday. We were out all day, & came back to find the screen hanging askew off the track, worse than when we left it that morning. Either someone came & made a half hearted attempt to fix it, or the wind blew it. I texted again, sending a picture, & was told someone would be out to fix it the next day, Wednesday. Again, we were gone all day, & came back to find the screen in the same state. I gave up at that point, as we were leaving early Friday to come home. Although not majorly inconvenient, every time I went out on the balcony, I had to wrestle with the screen. On Thursday, I finally sort of got it on the track, but it still didn't slide properly, since it is bent & would pop off the track every time I used it. We were asked to clean up any food spills to help keep bugs away, but the only cleaner on hand was dish soap. I had to buy something to clean the counters and table. One more positive - we were gone longer than planned one day, and the management company was kind enough to leave an elevator key for us at their office. This would be a stellar property with a deep cleaning & some TLC. I would suggest replacing the carpeting with tile flooring. We enjoyed our stay, but it would have been better without the issues I mentioned.

Perfect location- needs a little love

This condo was in the perfect location. The beach was gorgeous. Close to things we wanted to see and do. The condo could be awesome with a little extra love: -carpet needs replacing -hot water heater adjusted (my child burned their hand) -Freezer- the handle had fallen off -oven- the handle falls off -overall- could use some bleach and a good coat of paint. -stairs- super steep and narrow Patio- no furniture to sit and enjoy the view When we arrived there was no parking pass. I alerted the staff and they responded very quickly to bring us a pass. Views from the condo are incredible all the way around.

view was incredible house was sufficient needs to be deep cleaned lots of dirty trim and doors carpet needs updated cannot beat the views or the location very beautiful the house has everything you might need but some tlc and updating would make this beyond a 5 star

Perfect location

We have stayed at Sunset Chateu 3 times and absolutely love the location of this place. We loved this particular unit because of the private balcony upstairs in the master bedroom. This unit was clean and reasonably priced but could use some updating. Just cosmetic issues like new paint and carpet would make a huge difference.
