60th birthday surprise

Never been to pass a beach before. I googled a non-crowded beach with old time Florida. Feel close to Tampa airport and it led me to this beach. It exceeded our expectations and we really enjoyed our stay here at seven Beach club. It was in the perfect area for us. Can walk to many restaurants and the beach across the street with easy access. Low-key but yet plenty of people anround. Everyone was friendly. If like to fish, the Hubbards party fishing boat at Madeira Beach fantastic.

Yes. The condo was very clean. It was nice to have incidentals available upon arrival. I did have an issue with the kitchen sink drain but it was fix promptly through itrip. A couple minor issues: lamp switch on one of the living room lamps did not work. Kitchen utensils (spatulas) could be replaced. Overall my stay here was very good. I would definitely stay here again.

Wake up to a beautiful view of the golf of America

Walk out the front to the white sandy beaches on the golf or go out the back and enjoy a cool private pool,in the evening. Sit on your terrace and watch the world pass by and the stars dance over the majestic golf of America when it’s time to go to bed it is comfortable cool and most of all quiet so that you can rest before starting the next days adventure Can’t recommend the host or the place enough definitely will come back

Great location

The best thing about this condo is the location and the balcony. The place was clean and comfortable, but being able to watch the sunset from our balcony every night was the best. Located right across from the beach, sweet. The private pool out back was a plus. There are only 8 units in the building, so the pool was never crowded. The only slight disappointment was limited cleaning products for the kitchen and not much extras in the bathroom. Really only 2 rolls of toilet tissue for a whole week and one small bar of soap. Big deal we bought our own, but usually a place of this caliber is more generous. Either way I totally recommend this condo, and plan to rent again.

Great Spot

This condo is great. Right in the heart of Pass a Grill. Beautiful deck to watch the ocean Close to restaurants small shops and beautiful sunsets. The managers of the property Charles and Liz are great too. If there is an issue (there usually isn’t ) it is taken care of quickly. I’ve stayed here many times and it’s one of my favorites

First time at St. Pete and couldn’t have enjoyed it more. Great property and the community and neighbors have been cleaning and repairing storm damage impressively.

Amazing location

Unit was exactly as described. Very clean, amazing view of ocean off very large covered patio. Loved having a washer & Dryer in unit. Would have liked to have a King bed, but queen bed was comfortable. Kitchen was very well stocked.

So relaxing!

This was the best vacation we’ve had in a long time! This condo is in the perfect spot to walk to food and drink. The outdoor patio has comfy chairs and a table, and we ate many meals out there, watching the world go by. The condo is clean and comfortably furnished. The bed is comfortable. We will definitely be back! Thank you!

Overall location good

Location is good. You must do your own trash removal , washing dishes when departing. Apparently the cleaning crew does not do these things. Could use a dresser and mirror. Sofa bed was not comfortable. Bedroom carpet needs cleaning. Other than that, a good place to stay.

Overall very good. Perfect location for dining, beach, and downtown area. Property management was very responsive with the minor issues we had. Definitely enjoyed the stay and would consider staying again.

The best location

I would pay extra to have the pool heated to 85degrees. Couldn’t use because it was too cold. I also own a time share at Camelot by the Sea and that pool is perfect

We were familiar with the location of the unit and the area around it prior to making the arrangements. Very impressed with the unit, clean and neat, well kept. communication from the staff was excellent, instructions were complete and easy to understand. Overall, we were very happy.

Apartment with Ocean view

This is a wonderful location! Apartment it across the street from the beach. Second time that I stay in the same apartment complex. Restaurants, bars, coffee shop is all walking distance. Large big balcony to watch the ocean... Everything is in the apartment that you need for your stay, even beach chairs and towels. I will come again...

A Great Lodging Experience

Wonderful Location

My husband and I loved the sunset every night from our balcony. Wonderful ocean view and the sound of the waves was calming. Easy to walk to the beach and places to eat. With the use of the Freebee we got to grocery stores and restaurants. We will return to this unit!
