UN HOGAR DONDE EL CORAZÓN ESTANCIAS !!! Encanto de 100 años Condominio Butlerhouse. Este edificio histórico cuenta con sólo 9 residencias y se encuentra directamente en las dunas en Pass-a-Grille. Unidad de esquina inusualmente espacioso y luminoso, con entrada privada. Las características especiales incluyen porche privado toldo cubierta, moderna cocina bien equipada w / estufa de gas, techos altos, corazón de pisos de pino, ventanas resistentes tormenta / viento / puertas, bañera Grecian plus cabina separada de ducha, Sautilla Azulejo en cocina y baño, amplios closets y ventiladores de techo, a / c central, muy bien equipadas y muy bien amueblada, nuevo delantero en el lugar de ropa de carga electrónica, parrillas pórtico y barbque cubiertos, hamaca, patio, dunas, margaritas, de arena, de surf y puestas de sol .. Aparcamiento junto frente de la unidad. Aparcamiento de visitantes.
(No fumar, no se permiten mascotas por favor. 5 pasos hasta porche / terraza o entrada principal del edificio.) Propietario Residencial zona muy cerca del histórico Hotel de Don Cesar ocupada. Relativamente sección privada de la playa, a pie de tiendas y restaurantes, carro y 'Beach Ride Free'. 25 minutos toTampa Aeropuerto. 45 minutos / una hora para Sarasota. 10 minutos de Ft. Desoto Park. 10 minutos de precioso centro de St. Petersburg en Tampa Bay, con innumerables lugares culturales y deportivas, música, teatro, galerías, tiendas, cafés de estilo europeo y parques. Title: Charming Beachside Gem with Artistic Flair and Perfect Location! We absolutely loved our stay at this quaint artistic condo in a beautifully restored Victorian home right by the beach! The space was cozy, colorful, and full of creative touches that made it feel special and unique. Everything was spotless and thoughtfully arranged — you can really tell the host cares about every detail.The location couldn’t be better — just steps from Pass-a-Grille Beach and an easy walk to great restaurants, local bars, and cute little shops. The outdoor patio was our favorite spot to relax and grill after a day in the sun. It felt private yet close to everything, the perfect balance.Our host was amazing — warm, responsive, and full of great local recommendations. This condo truly captures the charm of St. Pete’s beach life with an artistic twist. We can’t wait to come back!

Joan's place was immaculately clean, and the location and proximity to the beach was fantastic. It is within walking distance to two restaurants and a small store. Joan and the neighborhood are very friendly. We loved our stay and will be back!

Our apartment was a complete comfort zone and located right on the beach was just the therapy we needed for our special time together. Our host Joan was instramental in creating an atmosphere of healthy relaxation and Southern hospitality. Looking forward to making the Butler House an annual trip.

Quiet and Peaceful

If you are looking for a quiet, and peaceful place to stay with easy (and very cool) access to an equally peaceful beach, this is the place! There are no high rise buildings on this stretch of beach. The nearest restaurant/bar on the beach is a 25 Minute walk. Close enough to get to - far enough to keep foot traffic to a minimum.Joan is a great host. I will not hesitate to stay here again.

Retirement retreat

The location is perfect. The beach is lovely. 12 hour days of sun, sand and ciol refreshing water. Peaceful and restful is this place.

Old but good location

We were surprised by how old a lot of the things at the property were for the price. We were expecting things to be a little more updated based on the positive reviews. I realized later very few of the pictures were from the inside of the property when verifying we were at the right place. I also then noticed that the positive reviews were based on Joans' communication and the location. The most frustrating part was that there was very little pressure in the shower and it took the right combination of turning on hot water on the bathtub and sink to get any hot water to trickle out of the shower. We could also hear the people walking around and the television from the second floor.If someone is looking for a truly historic experience this may be the place for you. We usually expect amenities at least comparable to where we live for this price.Unfortunately Joan was ill so we did not interact with her much so I cannot comment on that.The location to the beach was very handy and there were chairs etc, to use. The neighborhood was very quiet and relaxing.

A Slice of Heaven

We passed two weeks at the historic Butler House in Pass-a-Grille The Butler House, a charming turn of the century building that has been transformed in condos. Just steps from the beach, the unit decorated with an eclectic mix of antiques was like stepping back in time. Our host Joan was just marvelous!! She was very attentive to any requests that we had and is a delight. I would highly recommend this rental to anyone looking to relax and unwind!! Not to be missed

Decompressing from rat race

Our flight was delayed 5 hours. Joan still greeted us at midnight. She was extremely helpful our first day to get our bearings. The location is 200 steps to the water. We spent almost 10 hours each day enjoying the sunshine and easy surf for a purely relaxing time. We ate breakfast and dinner outside and watched beautiful sunsets. Wish we could have spent longer in paradise. Looking forward to coming back in the fall.

Wonderful experience!

Butler House Vacation

Being our 4th stay in Pass-A-Grille, we thought we’d try something a little different off of the busiest part of the beach to something a little more private. It was so peaceful every day with nobody on top of you at the beach. Joan is the owner and, wow, what a sweetheart! And, she is on sight for any needs and she will even check in on you because she actually cares and is hands on. Bed was super comfy and the A/C rocks! Love, love, loved our stay and will definitely be back! Tony and Crystal

I've been blessed to live in Pass-a-Grille, in the Butlerhouse amid a ten block residential area of lovely homes and relatively private beachfront. I moved here from NYC many years ago. I work out of my home across the hall from this guest condo in a predominantly owner-occupied residential building. This is a blessed place, romantic, fun, restoring. Pass-a-Grille is a village community, a finger of land only one block wide, surrounded by the Intracoastal and the Gulf of Mexico...., a haven from which you can explore the beautiful Gulf Coast of Florida and enjoy myriad venues, visit theme parks, villages, shopping, museums, galleries, theatre, orchestra, sports, cafes along Tampa Bay and parks, recreation...and the most beautiful beach in the world. It's a mix of village and luxury, artists and attorneys, a unique community, a place that's very hard to leave. I can tell you.....I finally came to visit in 1982 and essentially, I never left..

This property sits on the dunes amid a ten block section of relatively private beachfront in a historic residential beach community. It is still a secret, perched on the beachfront just 9 blocks south of the historic Don Cesar Hotel, but a half mile from the Bayway and direct access to I-275. Besides enjoying a lively historic community with our own main street Pass-a-Grille, one can go to dinner and a concert in Clearwater, Tampa, or Sarasota and be home by midnight. Explore the beautiful communities and beaches and river cafes along the Gulf coast of Florida.
