Cielo en la tierra. Nuestra playa famosa por su arena de azúcar, monumentos históricos, tiendas, restaurantes, y esa sensación de playa acogedora que has estado buscando. Esta joya se encuentra en 27th Ave W / acceso a la ruta de senderismo / ciclismo y su propio camino a la playa! Esta propiedad está en una esquina. El estudio es un bloque de concreto con cocina completa y nuevo sistema de aire acondicionado central. baño Recién renovado completamente, acabamos de agregar un nuevo sofá cama Queen y el juego de dormitorio Queen puede alojar a cuatro personas cómodamente. This is my second time to stay here and I absolutely love it! It is a great location if you enjoy an uncrowded beach. Cory is very responsive and goes above and beyond to meet his guests needs. Very clean and comfortable and will definitely be back.

Location Location Location!

We had a great stay and the location can’t be beat. We had everything we needed. Very clean. Property states that it sleeps 5 comfortably. I’d say that’s a little bit of a stretch. We made it work and the property owner was more than helpful with anything we needed. We would probably not come back as a family of 4 and try to stay somewhere a little bigger. All in all, would definitely come back to this location, especially to the other property on site that has an additional bedroom.

Great spot - walk to beach in seconds.

Totally redone after hurricane. Great 1-bedroom/one bath apartment with parking for two cars. Everything is new. Bedroom has a queen bed. New recliner sofa folds flat on each end for additional guest. You can see the beach walkway entrance from the front door. Beach chairs, umbrella and beach towels all provided. Corey is a great host and is responsive and helpful. Quiet safe spot on Pass-a-Grille with beautiful quiet stretch of beach. Conveniently located to restaurants and activities. My wife and I would stay again.

WONDERFUL

Such a perfect place for our stay in St Pete's Beach. Nearly private beach, easy stroll to the beach, great shopping and restaurants. Cory was wonderful and was available for any question we had. Thank you and we hope to come back when we can hopefully get some better weather! Thank you!

Great location, space, and host

This location is perfect and has its own private beach at the end of the road. Great, comfy space with a well-stocked kitchenette with plenty of utensils if you like cooking. There is a coffee maker and toaster so we made breakfast every day! The bed is comfortable. A/C works well and so does the hot water. Many thanks to Corey! Don't be afraid to call him, which is the most efficient way of reaching out. We can't wait to go back!

St Petersburg beach house

Great location steps away from a beautiful beach and Cory is the best host you will ever find. We were only staying two nights but we will definitely be back and plan for a longer stay next time. Highly recommend.

Amazing location!

A real gem. We will be back. This place is one. House away from a beautiful beach. Because there is no public beach parking on this road, we had the beach to ourselves. Restaurants and a convenience store within walking distance. The place is great and we had everything we needed. Cory was very accommodating. Highly recommend.

Perfect in Pass-a-Grille

Corey’s place was perfect for our needs. SUPER clean and really well-apppointed. The beach is literally just steps away and you feel like you own it because there are so few others around. There are two restaurants plus a convenience store within a few blocks, and we made use of all three. We were a tad confused about the check-in process but that’s because I missed a call from Corey. Regardless, it didn’t delay us getting into the unit and he even let us in a bit early since it was ready. The bed was really comfortable and the neighborhood is quiet so we slept really great. The only thing I wish I had was a roll of aluminum foil or some dollar store disposable foil pans for leftover reheating. We would definitely stay here again!

Long weekend getaway

We absolutely loved our stay at Pass A Grille and Cory made sure everything was perfect! He provided us with a complimentary bottle of wine, coffee and water and was readily available if we needed anything. The location is absolutely stunning and just a few steps from the beach. We can’t wait to come back!

Great week with family

This is a great location very, very close to an outstanding uncrowded beach, literally a couple minutes' walk to the beach and ocean. The studio was small (for we six) but we knew it would be and were there for the sun and the beach, not to sit in an apartment. Very clean with all needed amenities. We had great weather and were able to be at the beach all of the time which was our intention. Beautiful area! Host was very helpful with anything we needed!

Beautiful Beach Studio for couple and individual

We had a beautiful time in this wonderful efficiency steps away from the beach Cory was very kind, considerate, and responsive to our needs I was sad to leave my perfect beach retreat haven, and will miss all the inspiring sunsets I loved that the studio was very quiet, as I am very sensitive to noises, and am a late morning sleeper! I totally recommend this sweet beach to efficiency to a single person or couple!

Awesome place and great host!

This was our second time at this location. My girlfriend and I love it here. 30 second walk to the beach. The property owner is very accommodating and hands on (he lives on the property) This area is not a "touristy" area, so if you are looking for a semi private beach, this is probably one of the few remaining. HIGHLY RECOMMEND

Fantastic get away close to the beach

Cory was an amazing host. He educated us on the neighborhood and told us what was close by. Lots of restaurants and a convenience store within walking distance. Cory was very accommodating and made sure we had everything we needed. There was a bottle of wine for us when we arrived and the place was really clean. It is literally a one minute walk to the beach. This is the only place we will stay when we visit St. Pete in the future.

Quiet oasis

This vacation bungalow was a quick walk to the beach in the quiet idyllic Pass-a-grill area. The owner was extremely inviting and the property was clean and well-furnished. Our trip was a quick pass through, but we will return!

We had an amazing time. So close to the beach, and hardly anyone there! As close to a "private beach" as you are going to get nowadays. We will definitely be back! Cory was an amazing host! Had everything we needed, and then some. Definitely went above and beyond for us.

We loved it!

We stayed at this property for the month of March, 2020. We loved it! The owner, Cory, was fantastic! He was very responsive to any needs we had, yet he was very unobtrusive. He even provided many extras to make our stay enjoyable and personal! We felt like this property was our ‘little’ place. The unit was meticulously clean, very well stocked with any essentials we needed. The kitchen had everything we needed. One of the great things about this property is that we could walk to everything, restaurants, the stores, etc. The beach was literally, steps away, by just going down a short path that opens up to a beautiful white sand beach. This is a residential area beach, so it is not crowded at all. The property is located amongst some high end homes, in a very quiet residential area. Just as an aside, I use a cane and was able to maneuver everything. The unit is very handicap accessible. We also had our 5# toy poodle with us and this worked out very well having him there. I highly recommend this property. I think you will love it there!
