Get ready to relax in this 4-bedroom house in Pineville with your very own private pool (May - Oct). With 2 king beds and 2 queen beds, this terrific property offers a cozy, stylish retreat for guests. Very family friendly as everyone can spread out and be comfortable.

The home is on about an acre, and located on a quiet street. Yet close to lots of restaurants, shopping and things to do! Very private.

*A few minutes from downtown Pineville, NC
*Walkable distance to Pineville Lake Park
*20 minutes from Uptown Charlotte, NC
*20 minutes from Charlotte Douglas Airport

The entire home was recently renovated and professionally designed! Enjoy the spa-like bathrooms and stylish decor.

Lots of space to spread out with the basement/movie room where everyone can fit, watch a movie or play games.

**This home is in a quiet neighborhood. Parties, events, and large gatherings are strictly prohibited. We have a zero-tolerance policy—any violation will result in cancellation without refund, immediate removal, and will be reported. Thank you for respecting our home and community.**

From the beginning, Rob was in constant communication to make sure we had everything we needed. Check in process was seamless. The home was as advertised! We loved our stay at this Vrbo!! They had absolutely everything we could need or think of. The decor and furniture was so aesthetically pleasing and comfortable. Everything felt brand new and clean. They even had toddler proof gates and a pack play available, which we greatly appreciated. The hosts were so kind and accommodating, and extremely responsive.
