Hermosa casa que se encuentra en la cima de un acantilado con espectaculares vistas al océano del Pacífico. Se encuentra a 45 minutos de la capital de San Salvador y también a 45 minutos del aeropuerto internacional.

La casa es una arquitectura de estilo ibicenco con varios niveles de terrazas y ambientes donde podrá relajarse y disfrutar de las magníficas vistas. La piscina está ubicada en un nivel con un gran rancho con techo de palmeras donde puedes apreciar las hermosas puestas de sol y escuchar las olas rompiendo en las rocas debajo.

Es una casa de playa de cinco dormitorios y 3. 5 baños. Algunas de las habitaciones tienen su sala de estar privada donde se puede apreciar la vista al mar y tener un momento tranquilo y relajante.

Playa Sunzal está a 5 minutos de Playa El Tunco, una de las playas de surf más populares de El Salvador con muchos bares de tipo costero y discotecas con música en vivo. Playa Sunzal también es conocida por sus deliciosos restaurantes de mariscos y uno de los más populares es LA HOLA BETOS, a poca distancia de nuestra propiedad.

This house is truly AMAZING!! So beautiful!! No exaggeration when they say AMAZING VIEWS!! Everything was on point. This place does not disappoint. I cannot say enough. Beds were comfy, place was immaculate.The property managers , Maria and her husband were great! Always ready to answer any questions and super nice! If I could give this place a perfect 10, I definitely would. I will absolutely be back!!

Our stay at the beach house on the cliff was absolute perfection. It was absolutely as advertised. The house has a wonderful layout and very accommodating for a large group. The entire property was spotless. We were impressed by the keepers Maria and Carlos from the minute they greeted us at arrival to our departure. The house, property and views are breathtaking. We will be back every chance we get.

Paradise with a view - perfect for our large group

16 ppl from 5 families stayed one week at this beautiful property. The house had many areas for lounging, eating and relaxing so we never felt like we were falling over each other. The location is just a short uber ride away from some great surf spots and night life if you want it

Beautiful property right on the beach, nice views, cleans house, loved waking up to the sound of the waves and best of all very attentive people in the property. Maria and her family were awesome, we had her cook for us and she is awesome her food is delicious would go back just to have her cook for us again!

spectacular views

beautiful house, accommodates a big family and friends, the caretakers are very respectful and helpful. we enjoyed the private beach and the views. the fact that is next door to Beto's restaurant is fantastic if you don't feel like cooking. overall it was an excellent choice. we all enjoyed it.

We stayed at this home in July we were a party of 13 and we loved this home it is very beautiful very clean I felt very safe Maria and her husband take care of the property and opened the gate for us every time we went out they are very nice and very friendly the house is right next to betos restaurant and that restaurant is amazing!!! Maria recommended a pupusa place down the street it was so delicious we would definitely come back here again

Casa Rincon Azul

The house was beautiful and right next door to Beto's restaurant which is a very popular restaurant in El Salvador. It was perfect because we didn't have a car so we went there a few times during our stay. We also ordered to go and they brought it over to us. The views of this place are amazing. It does have beach access but because of the high tide we couldn't use the beach. The pool was a big hit, the kids were in it everyday! The housekeeper and her family were so nice and very helpful with anything we needed. Maria even cooked us breakfast one morning which was delicious! The only downside is that the house did not have hot water so our showers were very cold.

Travel Buddies celebrating a birthday

This was one of the most amazing homes I have ever stayed!!! Caretaker Maira was a complete doll and even brought me a birthday cake and the owner a small gift! Wow! Such a beautiful house with so much charm all around, my favorite was the set up 3 massages on the deck at 8pm and it was outstanding to hear that ocean while getting a massage!!!!!

Amazing El Tunco Home

Outstanding home with great views and amazing location. Walkable to Beto’s seafood, Puerto Vikingo and Cadejo Brewing and only a 5 min drive to El Tunco for nightlife. Less than 30 minutes from Tamanique waterfalls. Huge compound with ridiculous views, private beach access. Carlos and Maria were gracious hosts and were very welcoming. They made our stay that much more authentic and fun. We will definitely be back!

Fantastic home

What an oasis!! The views start from the moment that you walk through the front door. We had some a wonderful time. Right down the street from Sunzal and El Tunco. Carlos and Maria were always available for any of our needs. Their family even joined us for a non traditional Thanksgiving meal that we all created together. This was the perfect relaxing week that our family needed.

Incredible Vacation Spot

I've traveled quite a few places but this has to be the most beautiful place I've ever stayed. Spent a week here with the whole family and had a great time. The caretakers, Carlos and Maria, were incredibly helpful. They provided us water, cleaned each morning, and were completely accommodating to our comings and goings. Carlos and I even caught fish in the surf from the house. There are good restaurants within walking distance and it's not far from La Libertad or even day trips up to San Salvador. The best part was watching the sun set over the ocean each evening.

Fantastic Views

This property has amazing views of the pacific ocean from almost every area/room, and it starts from the moment you walk through the front door! The sunsets were incredible, as was the property's private access to the beach! There are lots of exterior sitting areas, with amazing ocean views, including extra large dining table area, pool area with table and umbrella, and the palapa sitting area with comfy jamacas! Owners were very nice and responsive prior to and during our stay. Maria (the lady that lives on the property in a separate building) and her husband were nice and helpful too.

Marvelous Home w Oceanfront Views and Spectacular Service

This home not only met our family’s needs but exceeded them in every way. The oceanfront views were breathtaking, and the house layout was perfect for our group of 12 adults and 2 children—it accommodated everyone comfortably. From pre-booking through checkout, the host was responsive, helpful, and incredibly kind. The property is just minutes from El Tunco, which was a huge plus. Maria and Carlos (the onsite contacts) were phenomenal. Maria prepared breakfast and dinner for us on several days, and everything she made was absolutely delicious. We highly recommend booking this home and can’t wait to return in the future!

This property is unique because of its location ,it seats on a cliff and has beautiful views from everywhere. It is part of an exclusive club called Xanadu with a beautiful private beach. The property is the only one that has a private access from the road which makes it easier to get to. We are at walking distance from one of the best seafood restaurants of the area.
