This 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom home can accommodate 4 guests and is the perfect spot for a wonderful and relaxing vacation. Master bedroom features a brand new king size bed, dresser, walk in closet, and private bath. Second bedroom features a brand new queen size bed, closet, and dresser. The spacious living room is furnished with a cozy couch and large HDTV with available blue-ray player. Kitchen is fully stocked with pots, pans, silverware, glasses, plates, wine opener, Keurig, blender, ETC, along with basic oils, spices and condiments. The open layout unfolds onto the lanai, a perfect place to enjoy your morning coffee, or an evening glass of wine and a good book. For those who need to get some work done while traveling, the front room is separate from common areas and has a desk and printer. Guests will have access to Artesia’s three-acre clubhouse campus that includes a resort-style pool with beach entry and lap lanes, a multi-use racquet sports court, and event lawn. Beach chairs, towels and an umbrella are available to take to the beach as well.

Located in the heart of Southwest Florida, this house is just a short drive away from many attractions including; Naples Beach and Fishing Pier, Rookery Bay National Estuarine Research Reserve, Marco Island, Tin City, Tigertail Beach, Naples Zoo, Naples Museum of Art, Naples Botanical Garden, and much, much more.

Felt like home immediately.

Lovely, spacious with high ceilings, lanai a great outdoor space, very well appointed. Made cooking and living there relaxed and easy. Host was accessible and responsive to all communication.

Very friendly house and neighborhood

We stayed for about 4 weeks and liked it a lot. We came into a very spacious and clean house, all as pictured and described and even more. All you can think of is there for you to use. We felt like at our own home. Drive to the beach is about 20 minutes or you can enjoy community pool. All necessary shopping and pharmacy is around the corner that was very convenient for us. Weather was great during all our stay, we enjoyed beach and beautiful sunset every evening. Ocean water is so warm my kids and I could not stop swimming. Overall, beaches are clean with easy parking access. We explored and enjoyed Restaurants on 5th Avenue, took boat excursion, jet ski, made several trips to Sarasota and Miami. Naples is a great place to visit and I would say it’s a hidden germ. We will definitely come back! Thank you Joe and Mary!

Wonderful Work From "Home"/vacation

The minute we drove into Artesia and walked into the home we were very happy. The home was even better than advertised. It was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for the house and the beach. We especially enjoyed riding the bikes within Artesia and our trips to the community pool. I would highly recommend this home to anyone looking to enjoy Naples and the surrounding area.

Fabulous location and beautiful home

Beautiful home with everything we needed to enjoy 3+ weeks vacation, bikes, beach gear, well stocked kitchen, and grill. The neighborhood was great and neighbors greeted us as we walked each morning. The house was in a perfect location. Close to Marco Island, Naples, and the many beaches we visited. The owners Joe and Mary were pleasant to communicate with and promptly responded to any questions we had. We hope to return soon.

Great stay in well-equipped, comfortable home with excellent host. Enjoyed lanai, community pool, and sidewalks for walking in the gated community. Great location for venturing easily to Marco Island and downtown Naples..

Fabulous Home for a Get-Away

We had an amazing stay at this home in Naples. The photos don't really show how large this property is. We were pleasantly surprised at the size of the home and the lovely decor. The lanai was an absolute hit as well. Communication with the property manager was excellent. We had an incredible stay and highly recommend.

Everything you need

We found everything you need in the house, so you can start your vacation the minute you walk in. It is a new house in a nice and quiet neighbourhood, there is also a clubhouse with various activities like a Pool or cinema evenings. The host joe is very easy to communicate with, he checked back with us to make sure everything is all right. We enjoyed our stay very much and would come back any time.

Everything just perfect!

We are a Swedish couple that spent 16 winters here in Naples, and were positively surprised when we opened the door. Very nice house! Everything brand new! Top quality in each "corner". Good location between Naples downtown and Marco Island. It will be hard for anyone to find any flaws with this home. Nice clubhouse with heated pool - great! Thanks to Joe & Mary for a wonderful stay.
