Thank you for your feedback. I'm glad you enjoyed the unit, especially the comfortable beds and beach accessories. I would like to clarify a few things regarding your arrival and communication. At the time of your stay, I was traveling overseas, which is precisely why Anastasia was hired to assist with guest arrivals. On the day of your arrival, I created a group text introducing Anastasia and asking you to share your estimated arrival time so she could meet you at the front desk. Unfortunately, we did not receive your ETA, and your first response came once you were already in the lobby. That was perfectly fine, as the Beach Villas front desk operates 24/7 and can check guests in without a greeter. Within three minutes of your message, I responded and explained that Anastasia is not at the front desk at the moment, and rather than have you wait 10-15 minutes, I personally called the front desk and arranged for your immediate check-in. I'm sorry to hear that you found some of the front desk staff unfriendly. However, the front desk is operated by the resort, independently of our privately managed unit, and I hope their interactions would not reflect negatively on the quality of our accommodations or the service we provide. Regarding your comment about slow communication, I am genuinely puzzled, as I have reviewed both our text messages and the Vrbo inbox and cannot find any unanswered messages or requests from you. Although I was overseas, I remained actively involved in managing the property and was available to assist my guests throughout my travels. As for the bathroom sink odor and kitchen hot water, this is the first time these concerns have been brought to my attention. Beach Villas has recently been performing maintenance on the property's plumbing system, so these issues appear to have been related to building-wide work rather than something specific to our unit. Such disruptions are very uncommon at Beach Villas. Regardless, had you notified me during your stay, I would have promptly submitted a maintenance request to have the concerns addressed. We genuinely strive to provide every guest with an excellent experience and are always happy to address concerns as they arise. While I respect your right to share your experience, I do feel that an 8/10 rating, particularly when we were never given the opportunity to resolve the maintenance concerns, does not fully reflect the quality of the unit or our commitment to guest satisfaction. Thank you again for staying with us and for recognizing the comfort and amenities our property offers.
