Thank you for your interest in our listing! Welcome to this centrally located home, thoughtfully prepared with your comfort in mind. Ideal for families or small groups, you’ll be just minutes from the Medical District, Rice University, University of Houston, Baylor Medical Center, NRG Stadium, Downtown, and more.

The home features two comfortable bedrooms—one with a queen bed and the other with two twin beds. A clean, well-stocked full bathroom is conveniently located between the two bedrooms.
The space
This charming property features two comfortable bedrooms that can sleep up to four guests. The fully stocked kitchen invites you to channel your inner chef and whip up delicious meals with ease.

The building is securely fenced, with an automatic gate that provides access via a remote or code for your convenience. A private garage is available for your vehicle, and you'll also find a washer and dryer located right in the garage—just below the unit—for easy and convenient access.

I loved the location, space, responsiveness of the host, parking, cute little kitchen and coffee nook, and the outdoor relaxation spot (perfect for outdoor time with the pets).My pets loved the space and I loved the ability to attend events on the TSU campus and not have to worry about parking!!! I will be booking again for HOCO26.

The space was great for the price clean and easy to find. Parking was hard as I have a large car. I had to ask for check in information and check out information was confusing as it had 2 different times listed. Overall it was good for what we needed and easy access to downtown, felt safe and comfortable.

Hello Hilary, we’re glad to hear you liked the place itself. Regarding parking, the property has three garage spaces in the back and three additional spots in the front. Larger trucks may find the spaces a bit tight, but we’re happy to hear you were able to park. Our standard times are a 3 PM check-in and a 12 PM check-out. We will also review the listing to ensure there are no discrepancies and update it if needed.

Host was responsive and accommodating. This place as cozy and quiet. Clean and well furnished. Plenty of amenities to make your stay enjoyable. Smart TV was easy to use. Kitchen was stocked very nicely. The property was quiet. Right across from the TSU campus but no noise at all. Secure with a fence all around and a mechanical gate. Private garage is nice and clean. The location was a few mins away from 610 and 45. Downtown just 10 mins away. I would definitely stay here again.
