La Maison Blanche is a modern villa with 3 apartments sharing a private pool. There are two 1-bedroom and one 2-bedroom apartments, each with a full kitchen, AC, TV, wifi, and a wide balcony. All bedrooms have king beds.
The westerly orientation means great year-round sunsets. The area—literally called ‘Valle Pura Vida’ (Valley of Pure Life)—is known for its wildlife. Macaws, monkeys, sloths, iguanas etc are common sights. Quiet residential neighborhood 10 min from the park, beaches & Quepos
The villa has 4 apartments--however the upper apartment is the owner's apartment and isn't rented. One level down from the parking/entry level are Nicoya (1 bedroom) and Monteverde (1 bedroom). One level down is Guanacaste (2 bedroom). The lowest level is dedicated for the pool and sunning decks.
Valle Pura Vida is about as central as one can get in Manuel Antonio--residential and tranquil. You can walk to a waterfall or a couple of local beaches in 45 min. Great space for nature lovers!
