Located in the heart of Dewey Beach on a quiet street across from the community park and a short walk to the marina and many of the famous Dewey restaurants and bars. Want to spend some time in Rehoboth Beach and enjoy the boardwalk, amusement rides, games, shopping and awesome restaurants? The jolly Trolley stop, a short block from the house, will take you to Rehoboth and drop you off at the stop of your choice. No need to worry about parking. Our home offers plenty of parking. Once you arrive feel free to park your car for the week and walk to many of the amenities Dewey Beach has to offer. Our newly built home sleeps 17 and features an open kitchen, dining and great room along with 5 bedrooms, 4 baths, a pool, hot tub, outdoor shower and an awesome rooftop deck with loft for entertaining and fabulous views of the bay and the ocean. We LOVE our home!! We (our family and extended family and friends) have spent a great deal of time in our home during the off-season and are looking forward to spending time in our new home this coming year!! We participate in many of the activities and happenings Dewey has to offer. Our family has made many memories here in our home, we invite you to come and start making your own memories.
Why they chose this property
Our family has been members of the community since the 1970's. My husband grew up in Rehoboth and went to school here. We would visit the area on the weekends and decided to become a permanent part of the community and purchased our home in 2013.
What makes this property unique
No words can describe how awesome this community is! We enjoy being part of the Dewey Business Partnership and attend many of the community events which include the Dewey Arts Festival, The Restaurant Olympics, Dewey Beach Music Fest, Trick or Treating at all of the businesses in Dewey and Rehoboth, participating in the Halloween parade, and something near and dear to our family- participating in The Starboard's Annual "Dewey Goes Pink" 5k run for breast cancer awareness.
