This house is located in the town of Laconia, and resides in a gated community. The HOA community has a contactless gate that you will be given the code. Within the community, it is important that we abide by the community's residential 25 mph limit and quiet hours at night. Please do not park more than two cars in the driveway. The two-car garage can be used and there is free additional public parking 50 yards from the home. There are plenty of local amenities within minutes. Additionally, you will find a number of local beaches on Lake Winnipesaukee, Lake Winnisquam for swimming and marinas for boating and other water recreations close to our home. Ten miles from our home is Gunstock Mountain Resort. Seasonally a family can enjoy skiing, snowboarding, hiking and zip lining at the resort.

Gunstock Mountain is 7 miles away and offers beautiful hiking and skiing.
Ahern State Park is 4 minutes away and is a beautiful destination for hiking and sight seeing.
