Welcome to our home in Beach Haven West, featured on HGTV’s Say Yes to the Nest.

Walk out the back door and you’re on the lagoon, enjoy beautiful sunsets or gaze up at the moon.

Relax on the dock with with your favorite cocktail, or cozy up next to the firepit with a refreshing ale.

You can start your morning with a coffee or tea, then paddle out on the water or go enjoy the sea.

The space
This is an addition of the top floor remodel to our original 2 bedroom, 1 bath listing. See other listing for reviews.

We have a 90 foot bulkhead and dock. Bring your boat with you and dock it in the backyard.

There is a toddler bed, rail that can be added to a bed, and 2 pack and plays you’re welcome to use.

Help yourself to the coffee bar where you have the option of French press, drip coffee, or pour over. There is also a selection of teas. Breakfast is not provided. Only coffee and tea.

The cabinets are labeled to make finding things easier.

Access to the TV includes Netflix. There is no cable service, but you may log into your own streaming services or use the DVD player.

The home is located on a quiet cul-de-sac which has little traffic and is great for kids. Since many of our neighbors
have young families, please refrain from loud noise/music after 10pm.

A charcoal grill is available for use. Charcoal and lighters are not included.

beach bikes and a mountain bike are available for rent during your stay, as well as beach chairs. Inquire before your checkin to coordinate availability & rental.

We are located on the water. You are at your own risk. Not responsible for any accidents that occur or happen near the water or on the premises. Life jackets are provided. There isn’t a fence or barrier from the water.

Paper products & supplies are provided upon arrival as a courtesy, once depleted guest is expected to supply any additional needed for their stay.

The backyard has been remodeled with a new deck, fire pit and rocks instead of the grass.

Bedroom 5 is a large walkin closet with a pocket door into bedroom one and has a window (has vents in this room as well). It is very large and fits a pack and play or the toddler bed for a separate room for your little one.
Bedroom 4 upstairs has a large walkin closet as well with a door that can fit a pack and play as well.

All of the bedrooms are very large and room for you and your guests .

Guests age requirement of 25 and up. Anyone younger must be accompanied by a parent for the duration of the stay. Large groups have to have an account with previous reviews. No new accounts.
No parties or additional guests that aren’t on the original reservation unless confirmed with the host.

We need total occupancy headcount to account for linens supplied.

Before booking is confirmed will need IDs of all guests that will be occupying the home.

There is parking on the right of the house on the gravel driveway and in front of the house on the street, as well as the driveway.

The deck, dock, and backyard is yours to enjoy. A 2-person kayak and lifevests are available to use on the lagoon - use at your own risk.

Other things to note
Strict 25+ guest age requirement. Only if it’s a family can under this age be allowed. We have a ring doorbell and this is enforced.
Our policy for number of guests is strict. If you bring more than our allowed amount for the home or more than you made a reservation for, it’s $50/ person per night. Please be up front when requesting a booking.
No pets allowed. There will be a charge if a pet is brought. Pets need to be discussed before.
If it is a service animal, they cannot be left alone in the home. They must be under the control of their owner or handler at all times. There will be a deep cleaning fee to protect our guests with pet allergies.
