This two bedroom, two bath condo has it all, just steps to the beach, a great ocean view from your private balcony, and easy walking distance to restaurants, shops, and Tybee`s Pier and Pavilion. This spacious and comfortable unit is just what you need for a great Tybee vacation.

All reservations canceled 48 hours or more from the booking date are subject to a $150 cancellation fee. Reservations canceled for any reason within 60 days of the date of arrival will result in forfeiture of the RENTAL DEPOSIT (50% of the original rental rate plus all taxes and fees). Reservations canceled within 15 days of the date of arrival will result in forfeiture of the entire rental amount, including all taxes, fees, and rental deposits.

Great Vacation

Our family vacation was great. We have stayed at this condo for 3 years now. It is the best location. My wife and boys can walk to the beach when they want and some restaurants are walking distance. Others are a close drive away.

Tybee Beach condo

We have stayed in this condo twice now. We love it. We love how close it is to the beach and the convenience to restaurants.

Beta Club Trip

We loved the room and enjoyed our stay tremendously. We had an issue with parking. The people beside us hit our truck and left. I tried to talk to them and I got their license plate number and made photos of the vehicles. I called the police and filled out a form. We were in unit 8 and they were in unit 4. This situation could not be avoided by the owners, I just wanted them to know what took place. I would stay there again. Wonderful condo and communication. We arrived late and had a little issue finding the office for room access but worked it out.

Tybee place

Location was great, price was great, the only flaw is you can’t check in until after 5pm and you have to be out before 10am with no wiggle room. Also, you don’t really have an “oceanview”, but the walk to the ocean is not bad at all.

Smokers and dogs

The condo itself was nice with the exception of the AC that did not keep the condo cool at all “especially the night time”. We could not enjoy the front porch because of smokers all around us...it was like being in a bar. The neighbors had dogs that barked all the time. We will not stay at this location ever again. We have been coming to Tybee Island for 30 years and never experienced anything like this.

Nice condo, close to the beach.

Nice and clean. Close to beach and night spots. Third floor is a lot of steps and the tiny elevator leaves much to be desired and does not go to the second floor at all. Overall a nice place though and we would go back.

Enjoyed our stay

Pros: VERY close to the beach, plenty of room, and walking distance to restaurants/bars, convenience store and liquor store. Staff was great; even gave us a ride to the room when they realized we were going to call a cab. Cons: The room could stand a little updating but nothing major. When the weekend comes, the condos fill up and it was a bit loud but that was just one night (Saturday). Overall, I personally would now probably go a bit further north on the beach for a bit less crowd. But, if you want to be in the thick of things, this is a perfect location.

Generally Nice, Needs Some Love

We waited a little long to book (about 6 weeks out) so our selection was limited. This was the best we could get without paying an arm and a leg. The rental company was VERY nice and easy to deal with. The property itself was nice. The parking was a little hard to figure out but nothing major. The inside was clean but the unit needed some love. You could tell it has been well used (couch was old and sinking, carpet needs to be replaced badly, etc). Important to note there is no elevator. There is very little view of the ocean...very little with no balcony privacy (had to send the kids in on more than one occasion because of inappropriate language and music by more than one neighbor). The walk to the beach isnt a bad one but it is a VERY busy area on the weekends (the area in general, our street, etc). Overall, mostly happy with the stay. Just disappointment that you can get a far superior property directly on the water on the gulf for much less.
