VÄr Oceanfront Duplex ligger fyra och en halv mil norr om Flagler Beach direkt pÄ havet, 50 meter frÄn vattnet, i ett privat omrÄde pÄ stranden, bland flera privata hem. De tvÄ vÄningarna Àr ljudisolerade och du har din egen egen ingÄng. Din integritet har inte Àventyrats. Den nedre enheten har en utmÀrkt utsikt över havet frÄn vardagsrummet, sovrummet och det nyligen ombyggda verandan. Du kan ALLTID höra vÄgorna bryta pÄ stranden. , pÄ övervÄningen har ett dÀck att sitta, slappna av och njuta av den hisnande fÄglar med utsikt över soluppgÄngar, hela enheten har bara renoverats / uppgraderats (december 2017) och vi har lagt till ett andra badrum, sÄ vi erbjuder nu 2 sovrum / 2 badrum !!!

Det Àr mycket trevligt och mycket rent. Vi har en stor nyrenoverad öppen veranda med utsikt över havet, vÀlskötta trÀdgÄrden och en privat sanddyn över med en sittande / solbruksdÀck lÀngst ner. Vi har en Ocean Kajak, surf och boggy brÀdor, solstolar och strandleksaker för din anvÀndning. Allt du behöver ta med Àr din favoritstrandhandduk och solkrÀm.

Om du letar efter ett privat strandomrÄde borta frÄn bostadsrÀtter och trÄnga strÀnder som Àr direkt pÄ havet Àr detta platsen för dig. Vi Àr 20 minuter frÄn St. Augustin och Àven Daytona, och 90 minuter frÄn attraktionerna i Orlando-omrÄdet.

Vi har ocksÄ lokal kunskap om de bÀsta stÀllena att Àta, shoppa, platser att besöka, saker att göra och webbplatsbesök för att hjÀlpa dig att fÄ ut mesta möjliga av din semester.

Om du gillar att surfa fisk, har vi nÄgra av de bÀsta surffiske pÄ östkusten mitt i vÄr trÀdgÄrd. Jag kommer till och med att visa dig hur man binder min super secert surffiske rigg, garanterat att fÄnga massor av fisk. (Foton av senaste fÄngster tillgÀngliga pÄ begÀran.) Vi levererar allt du behöver förutom dina fiskestÀnger.

Wonderful Getaway

My wife and I decided to stay here with a few friends for a weeklong vacation and it was an amazing experience. ! The house was wonderful, close to a bunch of different restaurants, and we had easy access to St. Augustine or Daytona for Day trips. I would definitely stay again.

We have stayed here several times. Flagler BH is an annual event for us and will continue to be. Could not ask for more perfect accommodations and Bryan was very responsive to any questions we had. Flagler Beach is a great little sea side town. Look forward to returning !

Breathtaking views!

This house was just perfect for my sisters and I. Comfortable beds, nice bathrooms and amazing views. Having restaurants and a grocery store close by was a plus. LOVED this little piece of heaven and would highly recommend it!

The Perfect Place

We stayed on the top floor of the Flagler Beach House, and it was an incredible experience. The unit is extremely clean and well-equipped and provides some of the best views of the Atlantic Ocean on the east coast of Florida. We can't wait to return next year!

We had a great stay in this house. It was just as described. Beach access was super easy and it was close to a lot of good restaurants. Lupita was great to work with. I would stay here again if I was in the area.

Beach vacation

The location was perfect. We really enjoyed the beach! The house could not have been closer to the beach. The large windows facing the beach gave an amazing view! The rental was very clean and well furnished. Had an excellent stay!

Great stay!

Loved returning, once again, to the Flagler coast and the Flagler Beach house! As always, the unit was very clean and ready for us when we arrived. The proximity to the sand is a rare find which is one of the things I love about this place. Very quiet, uncrowded, and just plain beautiful! Can't wait to return again for my 5th time!

Fantastic home and location!

Very nice, clean, and well-decorated home. It was perfect for our 3-day getaway in Flagler Beach and St Augustine area. We wanted a house that was as close to the ocean as possible and we were definitely not disappointed. The property manager communicated very well from reservation to check out, which was appreciated as well.

Beautiful!

My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our visit in November. The pictures and description of thr property were accurate and the views were absolutely fantastic. My husband and I loved drinking coffee on the deck and watching the sun rise.

Our favorite beach house!

This was our second trip to the Flagler Beach house upstairs. It is definitely our favorite place to spend a weekend at the beach! The views are amazing! You are close to everything without being in the middle of all the chaos of the holiday weekend. The house is well equipped with everything you need to make your stay comfortable.

Peaceful. Quiet. Great Family Vacation!

Such a wonderful place for a family beach vacation! This is our 3rd vacation to the beach house and have enjoyed a wonderful experience each time. Having the house right on the beach provides a spectacular view of the ocean and marine life as well as a very short walk to the beach. This vacation experience is unmatched for the convenience and peaceful beach setting that you get to enjoy! We will be coming back each year.

The trip was badly needed and it fit the bill!!

This was my third time to enjoy this wonderful setting. Great house, beautiful sunrise/sunset views, amazingly close to the water. And the moon. We watched it every night and were able to see the "blood moon" that occurred. Absolutely beautiful. Would love to go down again.

Relaxing get away

Perfect Beachfront Getaway

We were spoiled by our stay at the Flagler Beach House. As native Floridians we’ve stayed all over the coasts of Florida but this was our first beachfront house and it was exceptional! The unit was perfect, the picture windows facing the ocean allowed you to enjoy the water even if you weren’t on the sand. It had all the amenities and was very comfortable for my multi-generational family. Also, Bryan the property manager was phenomenal; we realized the microwave was out late in the day, he was over same day to assess the issue and he was back the following day installing a new one. We will be coming back for our next beach getaway. Thank you to the owners and property managers for a wonderful experience.
