Nice cozy guest house

This was a very clean guest house that was fully stocked, had lots of charm, much larger than expected, and very comfortable. Loved the shower and the make up table in the huge closet. Cottage sits back on the property in a lush setting with privacy. The location was very central. Host was accommodating. We truly enjoyed the cottage. It was hard to leave.

We enjoyed our 4 day stay at the cottage. It is very cozy and comfortable and has everything you need or want for a getaway. It is located so you have easy access to many great local restaurants, beaches, walking trails, fantastic farmers market and interesting museums. And if you want to cook at home the grocery stores and fresh seafood options are close by to prepare a home cooked meal at the cottage. We will definitely return.Darcy and Steve were very accommodating and great hosts.

A quiet, cozy getaway

Our family stayed for 4 nights in March 2023. The cottage was incredibly clean, well furnished and equipped with extra towels, beach towels and bedding. The kitchenette had everything we needed for a few meals in, and there is a large walk in closet with a desk that we used for phone calls and occasional work. The location is very convenient to beaches and downtown Sarasota, and the street itself is very quiet and tranquil—no car noise or street noise.

Fantastic Quaint Space

From the minute I walked in to this cottage I was in love with this space! Darcy has it decorated so beautifully. Check in was easy, as the owner lives on property. It was very private and I felt safe at night. The bed is comfortable. Two of my favorite things were the awesome shower and the vanity where I could do my make up etc. I didn't cook anything but it looked like the kitchen was well stocked of items you would need if you did prepare any meals. I would definitely come back!

Within 10-45 minutes of beaches, Siesta Key and Turtle Beaches. Downtown Sarasota - which is incredible. Five stars for sure!

Quiet and pleasant

The property was very well maintained. The property owner (Darcy) was very nice and responsive. Location of the property was excellent for getting to the beaches or downtown Sarasota, or the regional parks and preserves, or excellent and fun places to eat. We spent 13 days here and enjoyed them very much.

Getaway

We came to Sarasota with our son and his fiancé as a small getaway. The property was gorgeous. So we’ll thought out and taken care of. Definitely recommend this to anyone looking for comfort. Would most definitely stay here again. Darcy was so sweet and very accommodating.

Very nice little cottage

We had a great time. Even though we are used to staying on the beach, it was a pretty nice location near main roads. I personally loved the shower, washer/dryer, and the general decor. Everything was very clean and the stay was wonderful. Thanks Darcy! If staying here from out of town, I highly recommend Keke's Breakfast Cafe and Walt's Fish Market.

Perfection

This was our third time vacationing at this beautiful cottage (we were there for a month) and we absolutely will return. We feel so relaxed and comfortable there. This cottage is super clean and in a very relaxed setting. Many thanks to the owner for everything!

Absolutely lovely little cottage. Perfect in every way. Attention to detail was amazing.

Wonderful. They thought of everything. It was immaculately clean and decorated lovely. The bed was very comfortable. Shower was great. Everything you could possibly need in the kitchen and bathroom. Loved the style and the decorating. It was just wonderful. In every way. Close to Siesta Key and St. Armands.

Great place. Well decorated. Perfect in every way. Close to Siesta Key, Publix, and pharmacy's for last minute items. We tried to recommended restaurants Connor's and the Taco/Mexican place. Both very good. We enjoyed our stay, and hope to be back.
