Casa Tres Fiori was a wonderful house on a beautiful Island. Very comfortable and quiet. The house had everything we needed. We just unplugged and beached it every day (after we got used to the twisty, hilly roads). Joe and Tina were very responsive hosts. We will definitely return to St. Johns in the near future. Thank you!

You will not want to leave

This was our second stay and already planning our third. We love the location and vibes. We have had the pleasure of meeting some of the other guests who have all been super kind humans sharing island ideas. You will not regret staying at one of Tina and Joe's properties, they are great people!

We are so glad we stayed here, away from the noise of Cruz Bay. It was close enough to be convenient but far enough to be quiet. The laundry room really came in handy! The owners were really good to work with.

We enjoyed this location because it is close to Cruz Bay and the north shore beaches. Joe and Tina are accommodating and we enjoy visits from Pip, the dog. We have rented two of their properties and we are considering a return.

Peaceful Retreat

We enjoyed our stay in Orchid cottage. Tina has thought of everything… from beach chairs to little direction signs to hiking suggestions. The location is good-close to centerline road but also Cruz Bay. The cottage is cute & comfortable with beach decor & a view of the hills. The landscaping is nice too. We hope to return!

The place was terrific. The porch was beautiful for drinking coffee in the mornings. The snorkel gear was a big plus. The property is beautiful and in a nice location. The visitor’s book was a really nice touch and gave us ideas about where to go and what to do. AC kept us cool at night. 10/10 Perfect stay.

We stayed at Joe and Tina’s for six nights. The property was what I expected - plenty of room for two. We used the pool, hot tub and laundry. Wifi worked fantastic . Cellular worked occasionally. St Johns national beaches are best I have ever seen yet.

Communications with owners were prompt. Easy to find with directions given. Unit was very clean and spacious with a huge porch. The gardens are lovely. Enjoyed use of the pool and hot tub which were both clean. AC and backup power appreciated. Did not require W/D, but nice to have the access. We cooked several dinners in and there was ample cookware for such. Kitchen had lots of countertop space. Great hot water and water pressure. Very quiet neighborhood. King bed in bedroom super comfortable. Blackout shades appreciated and worked well. In room safe and plenty of hangers and drawer space.Owners have 2 cats and a dog. You do not have to interact with them. We are suckers and absolutely loved the one cat (other one is shy) and the dog when we had the chance to see him.We will definitely stay here again.

This was our third trip to St. John and our first time staying at Orchid. We took a chance staying at Orchid because we do not typically stay in residences sharing walls with other guests (my wife is particularly annoyed by noise from other people), but it was a non-issue. We did occasionally hear the guests in the units above, but only really when we were both outside on our balconies at the same time (which was for about 15 minutes the entire time we stayed). We had minimal carryover while inside the unit and only on 2 occasions actually heard footsteps from above (both units were occupied during our stay), things seemed to be well soundproofed. Orchid is a bottom floor unit with two other units above. The owner’s residence is located within eyeshot of the casa. The pool and hot tub are also shared both with the units above and the owners, we used the hot tub daily (which we had to ourselves and was glorious!) but did not use the pool (it was small and is located within the gated area of the owner's home). The unit itself had functional beach chairs which we used every day. We did a lot of cooking during our stay and had notes from the kitchen: there is a functioning ice maker! There are minimal provisions (BYO)- the only thing it could use is several larger bowls for mixing. The unit was clean and fully functional and adequate for our needs. The owners also have a sweet tabby cat Peter that visits often and is very affectionate! Overall great stay, we will book again!

Perfect place in paradise

The Orchid was perfect. Every time we returned from our daily adventures it felt like coming home. The house was well stocked with dinnerware and pans so we could cook (or grill) at home. There were plenty of towels and beach towels. Tina and Joe also supplied a cooler, beach chairs and snorkel gear all of which we used every day. It was the perfect stay.

Peaceful Week Away

The Orchid was a great place to stay on our first visit to St John. The property is located in a quiet part of the island, less than 15 mins from Cruz Bay and less than 30 mins from Coral Bay in our rental Jeep. I was glad to have 4WD available to navigate the twisty, up and down roads; especially when it was raining. Everything needed for the beaches is provided (folding beach chairs, towels and cooler w/ice packs) and there’s a well-appointed kitchen (although we only used the coffee maker, refrigerator and microwave). The pool was nice for a couple of quiet breaks and the large porch was a great place for morning coffee and relaxing before dinner. The A/C in the bedroom was perfect for sleeping. Overall, this is a beautiful property that was a great value, we would gladly return.

Relaxing stay

We have been to St John several times now and this was our second stay at Joe and Tina's Villa. They are great host, who are attentive if you need them and make sure you are taken care of. The villa is clean and you will have everything you need for your stay including snorkel gear. The villa is good place to relax and to call home while you are on the Island. There is a nice pool and hot tub to enjoy as well after a day at the beach. We will be back. Tom V.

Paradise's flower the Orchid

This is our second time staying on in this property and we will be back. The Orchid at Casa Tre Fiori property have everything we need to enhance our visit to St John. The property is pretty centrally located, making it easy to go Cruz Bay and the north beaches or Coral Bay. Joe and Tina provide you with a ton of information about the island, including sample menus and a list of their favorite things to do. (Make sure you read and sign the guestbook it's nice to hear about other peoples experiences on the island.) They also provide you with plenty of towels, beach equipment and use of the hot tub, pool and washer/dryer. Despite being a triplex it quite and peaceful. I would highly recommend the Orchid to any couple looking for an affordable place to stay while in St John. Joe and Tina were very communicative and are excellent host.
